Almost everything he told me about the house was a lie, he used his 25 yrs of experience to rip me off; he said he personally inspected the house before the home inspection. He's a crook, and I don't know why Yelp said they removed my very detailed reviews of what happened, maybe because I mentioned the company that lied on the home inspection. Ed Klotz couldn't even look at me in Small Claims, he's so guilty. He used my neighbors, his in-laws, to gain my trust. He said he like "helping people like me" (who never bought a house and had no one helping). He said I was buying a well maintained family home, turned out to be a rental poorly maintained. Tenants: I was charged $37 PLUS I was told I would hear back either way within 4-6 days. It took SIX WEEKS for them to get back to me. Of course now I know it's because they were making a cool $3000 from applications. I would NEVER use them as my property management company and will NEVER apply to one of their properties as a tenant again. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
