Watching the cashier repeatedly scratch her unmasked nose and then hand my mom her change and receipt. They also had only two check out lines open and both right next to each other even though they easily could've helped social distance that area. In the line right next to us, the customer had her mask under her nose until my mom and I kept making comments...causing her to be annoyed enough to cover up. Of course those comments fell on deaf ears with our itchy-nosed cashier. Also annoying: I was there to grab cat litter as I didn't pack enough and was trying to find a specific type. While I looked, three customers stood or walked right next to me. You know what I do if I see someone looking at something in a narrow aisle? I wait in order to keep my distance or turn back around and do a loop. I thought this store was fine in before times, but considering that they clearly don't care about basic, well-known safety protocols during a surging pandemic, they would have to pay me to return.

Jessica our consultant, was wonderful! She was patient and so very knowledgeable- she answered our flurry of questions! We walk through the showroom and was able feel the weight of the fridges doors, texture of the range knobs as well as the sounds of air venting from the hoods, as well see to the height of the flames on different settings on the ranges! It was so educational and comforted us to know that our money will be well spent and that we indeed are buying some investment equipment. She made great recommendations for our space and could interpreted our designer's plans while providing the best advice to customize our kitchen space! At the end of our meeting, she gave us a handful of vendors that we could purchase from. There was zero pressure to purchase anything (I hate that, especially when sales people try to hard sell you on the spot) this was not the case! The various kitchen displays were immaculate and the created 'kitchen envy' for me in every setting I saw! There is a layout suitable for every living space. The outdoor kitchen space was to DIE for and I was wishing it wasn't 6 degrees outside so I could go out there- even better if I could have sat outside and have a glass of wine! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment here if you are even considering Sub Zero, Wolf or Cove appliances! You will get a phenomenal experience, the second you walk through the door! Experience the luxury that is Sub Zero! You will not be disappointed!

We opened the box for the blower to take initial dimensions and Fretz would not take the return. We had to return the hood (which they let us do due to it being unopened) with a 10% restocking fee. Not cheap when you consider the cost of Wolf and Sub-Zero products. I had to escalate the problem to the regional manager since Fretz could not work out a solution and flat out said "there's nothing we can do with opened products". Still pending on the regional manager as I'm sure they are saying "WTF, I have to deal with this and Fretz couldn't have worked something else out with them?" So, we learned some lessons here. Philadelphia building codes are so archaic, have your architect really check this before you purchase AND open any boxes. Albo appliance in NJ is really awesome and go to bat for you. Fretz is really unreliable and non-negotiable with their unadvertised return policies, none of which are disclosed anywhere.
