Sitting around talking, listening to music on their phones (actually phones sitting on shelf playing music for all to hear), their fast food drink cups just sitting on the shelves. One or two saying they weren't going to do X because of some gripe with the boss. It was all unprofessional and didn't really make me want to go back - not that I could find it or access it if I did.
