This is an excellent restaurant, the food and service are outstanding. My server (Jasmine) was very courteous and attentive. I ordered the lamb chop platter, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. They were very tender and had amazing flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent Pakistani cuisine and they also have incredible "Power of Food" events where they combine powers with another style of cuisine or restaurant. Very spacious atmosphere with multiple tables and the service was also prompt and attentive. Definitely recommended whenever you are in Norman!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Chicken Biryani with medium spice and Butter Chicken with medium spice. Opening the food bag caused our tummy to growl from the smell. We immediately noticed that the portion size was quite small but wanted to taste the food before casting judgement. The spices for the rice was amazing and the chicken was tender and well seasoned. The butter chicken was so creamy and the curry was so smooth. The spiciness seem to come from an oil that was just in one corner of the dish so it was mouth burning for two bites only. Service: 5/5 - super friendly service Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. Wonderful atmosphere when we walked it and it felt super cozy. Value for price: 2/5 - while the food was delicious, we were disappointed in the portion size. After spending almost $40, neither of us were quite full and had to get a snack soon after the meal.

Fusion Pakistani/ Indian cuisine. Chicken jalfrezi and haleem was very fresh and had the perfect fusion taste

The service is super friendly and quick but I will say they have increased their prices recently but rightfully so as they are a family owned business. The ambiance is super cozy and takes you to a desi spot back home. The food is delicious and chicken is very tender 9/10. They also provide side of cut vegetable salad with the entree dish. I also loveee their masala French fries 10/10!

The food was delicious, lots of flavor and spices! 1st time eating Indian food so our waitress Jasmine was very informative over any questions I had! Restaurant looked and smelled cleaned, everything was well organized. For beverage I got a Rani (Apricot) Appetizer Aloo Samosa Entrée Chicken Tikka Masala and a order of Garlic Naan Bread

I have tried this place several times and even introduced my kids to these place. I haven't had a dish that was terrible yet. I may have picked something that I didn't really like but that is just personal preference. I enjoy this place a lot so far. They have been very consistent with their food and service every time I've been in. I've only tried a third of the menu but am excited to try the rest. The naan is great by the way. I hope they can stay consistent and keep making great food.

Tried a new to us place tonight in Norman. First off the decor is gorgeous. We were greeted right away and got to pick our seats. Started off with aloo samosas that had the perfect amount of heat. It came with what I believe was a tamarind sauce. I got a masala chai and we both had waters to drink. We got garlic naan, butter chicken and palak paneer. Everything was amazing. The flavors, heat level and even the presentation were top notch. If you find yourself in the Norman area you definitely need to try it out!

Some of the best Indian - Pakistan cuisine I've had in a long time. Not from Norman but if i was this would be a weekly restaurant! Hamza is the owner and puts so much intention and pride in the craft of his food. When we were leaving he was so kind to the two tables that came in! The first table he knew exactly wheat their order was and brought drinks right as they sat down. The second table was a group of older folks and he proceeded to pull out and wait to push in the chair of one gentleman. The vibe is beautiful as well. Vintage lamps, fountain of peaceful water, huge tropical plants with calming flute and violin music.

The garlic cheese nan is probably one of my favorites that I've tried. The food was very good. I also enjoyed the soft chairs.

First of all, what an incredible find here in the backwaters of Edmond. This is a fantastic find…read morefor amazing Pakistani food that is thoughtfully cooked and very carefully curated. The staff is incredibly intentive, and the food was actually perfect in all dimensions. Coupled with mixed extensive menu This is the place that you will not be disappointed. I had a chicken dish that was perfectly cooked and had amazing flavor and just the right amount of heat. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free wife and left us wanting more!! Seriously! This place is Great!

We went there for the Saturday buffet…read more The people there were lovely. They asked if we'd been there before, and we said it was our first time, so they walked us through, showed us everything, named each dish, and then left us to fill our plates. The paneer was the absolute best we;ve ever had. It didn't squeak, it wasn't tough, it had a nice flavor. Five stars on the paneer. My companion has a special diet, and was able to eat their fill because there were planty of choices they could eat - the downside for them is how mild all the dishes were. They could eat a full bodied all the heat vindaloo with pleasure. I, on the other hand, appreciated that the food on the buffet was all "white people" spiced. I'm not allergic to peppers. but I am sensitive to them, getting mouth blisters if there are too many chilis or the chilis are too hot. I was pleased to be able to eat more than butter chicken - my fall back mild enough to survive food at Indian restaurants. I did have butter chicken because of habit, but I also has the (chaat patta aloo? potato curry, anyway). Lovely spicing, a smidge on the heated side for me, but not enough to raise blisters, so WIN. I had the chicken biryani and it was the best biryani I have had in OKC. The best. It was flavorful, the rice cooked to utter perfection, the chicken well seasoned, tender, juicy. I went back for a second spoon serving. I had the chickpea curry - I admit mine is better, but only because I put more vegetables in it. It was the best restaurant chickpea curry I've had, so try it. And I had some naan, because of course I needed something to sop up the sauces. I put some watermelon on my plate because watermelon takes the sting out of the chilis better than anything else I've ever tried. I would have settled for raita if the watermelon hadn't been there, but how kind to put some watermelon out for us chilis-intolerant folk. The food was set out in small amounts and was constantly refreshed, which means nothing sat out for hours over the hot trays. It was always fresh from the kitchen. My companion had enough belly space for dessert and raved about the kheer. I didn't have room for dessert, but I'll keep that in mind. They are 45 minutes away, so we won't be back often. But we will make the trip there again, maybe next time we'll order off the menu and not have the buffet. But the buffet was an excellent way to become familiar with their style and dishes, and I recommend it for a first time.

The Oklahoma sized portions are enough for multiple meals and had really good taste. Spice was not overwhelming at 7 and as a spicy maniac, I may try 9 or 10 next time. We searched for restaurants open on Thanksgiving in Oklahoma City and found this one. Based on the…read moreratings, we decided to give it a try. The place was okay, more like a takeout joint than a proper sit-down restaurant, though the lady at the front desk was very sweet. We ordered fried momos, veg chow mein, chicken biryani, papdi chaat, and a Nepali bhel-type dish. The food came out quickly, and the portions were generous, which was a plus. However, the biggest issue was the flavor. All the dishes tasted very similar, and instead of being flavorful, they were quite bland and had a bitter taste. We love spicy food, and the lady warned us that their spice level can be very high, so we chose a level 5 for all the dishes. Unfortunately, the spices seemed undercooked, which made everything taste bitter rather than spicy. I almost considered asking someone from the staff to taste it, but I didn't, since the place was busy and there were only three people working. Another thing we noticed was that when our receipt came out, it said that if we gave them a 5-star rating, they would give us a 10% discount. We weren't sure if that was appropriate. No wonder how's the rating for this place was good.

This is the kind of place that reminds me of going to my grandma's house and eating the same food your mom was raised on, and her mother before her. Each bite is a piece of history and perspective. This isn't some soulless Applebee's--this is food made by hands that have cooked the same recipes over and over again, perfecting every part of them. If you love storytelling and good food, please stop by Mana. This is the kind of place Bourdain would have visit.

Whoa, can't believe I haven't updated this review since my second visit. This place is INSANE…read more The food is literally A++. Every other aspect is a solid F------------ (that's 12 minuses). But it's still somehow worth it. I've had curry all over the country and in some of the best places in Europe and Manna has them all beat. I've had Indian friends compare it to their mother's cooking. I had a friend recently go to India and said Manna was distinctly better (though she might not have gone off the beaten path). I've converted dozens of people to Manna who were previously loyal to xyz-okc-indian-place. Let me be plain, Manna has RUINED all other Indian food for me. I used to enjoy Sheesh Mahal and essentially every Indian place, but now they all taste like watered down gruel from an orphanage. I literally CAN'T eat it. That's no knock on Sheesh. They are FAR MORE accessible to newcomers and FAR MORE capable as a business entity. They destroy Manna in EVERY possible way except for... food. And unfortunately, that part is not even close. A step down from Sheesh, you have places like Taj, Gopuram, etc. These places have catered their dishes to casuals and have become a parody of themselves. MANNA DON'T CARE ABOUT CASUALS. MANNA CATERS TO NOBODY. Manna is like a smoking hot chick who knows it and puts forth absolutely zero effort in other areas. Her life motto is obnoxiously "you either love me and hate me," and while an annoying axiom, you know she's right. The place is a disaster, in every conceivable way. The son who takes the orders is quite literally insane and I've heard stories from basically anyone who's come into contact with him that would concern even the most reckless of risktakers. They completely ignore their phone, so you have to drive there, completely disregard the "45 minute" estimate they give you, and drive back 90 minutes later to get your food. 50% of people will be so disturbed by one thing or another, they will never return, horrified by the experience. These are the lucky ones. The other 50% who allow Manna to enter their soul are ruined, addicted, enslaved, for life. Caveat emptor. May the buyer beware. Butter Chicken, Saag Paneer, Chili Chicken, Vegetable Korma are all literally perfect, life-changing dishes. I'm sure there's more, but I can't live without those so never get the chance to experiment by ordering something else. I used to live right next door to this place and I could smell their heavenly spice cloud from my house. The flavor is so explosive, rich, and decadent that I can't eat here more than once every month or two, but it's the only transcendent food experience in the city. It's probably not my objective favorite place in the city, but it is by far the most spiritual experience. You can be the most staunch atheist on the planet and one bite of that Butter Chicken will rocket-launch you on a straight path to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Looking forward to seeing you at Church.
