I would like to take the time and thank Lisa Ortiz of Keating Nissan in Conroe, Texas. She helped me when I needed it. I bought a car 2014 Nissan Maxims from Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Houston, Texas on June 29,2018 and when you pressed the fob to unlock the door the two front windows rolled down even when you pushed the button on the outside of the door it did the same thing. Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Houston, Texas told me it was to let the heat out of your car it even does it when it rains. I would call Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Houston, Texas and they would tell me it is in the setting I could go in there and stop it. Then they said it was in the manual, but it was not in either place I looked. Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Houston, Texas would have me take my car to them and they would do the same thing. This was going on for a month. I was getting mad, so I took my car to Keating Nissan in Conroe, Texas and Lisa Ortiz took care of me she told me this was not right, the windows should not go down when I unlock my door. She told me to take it back to Mac and tell them that the windows should not roll down when I unlock my door and they should pay for it. I called Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Houston, Texas and talked to the big boss over sales and he told me to bring my can back in for the third time so I did. When I got there the sale person took my car to the service department and the big boss over that department told me that the windows should not do that, and to bring the car Nissan to be fixed and that they would pay for it. Lisa played a big role in helping me get my car fixed and of course I took it back to Lisa Ortiz of Keating Nissan in Conroe, Texas to get my car fixed. Thank you Lisa for helping me. I will never go to Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Houston, Texas to buy another car. My car just needed to be reprogramed. Thanks Debra Daniels 8/6/18 read more

***PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP*** I was told what I wanted to hear in email exchanges from their sales department... They said If I was able to come in TODAY they could offer me my payoff for my trade in and come down to where I needed to be on the used Armada that I was interested in.. I told the lady exactly where I needed to be and she assured me that it wouldn't be an issue. I told her that I needed to do as much as I could over the phone because I would be bringing my baby and couldn't stay at the dealership for a long period of time after work, and she said that it wouldn't be long ant to ask for her when I got there that she would be there until 9pm. When I arrived she was nowhere to be found so another guy helped me (if that's what you wanna call it.) After waiting a while they offered me not near what I was told, and not a dollar less than their Internet price which was Not at all what I was promised during our email exchange and phone call. I then showed the salesman the email exchange from earlier that day, and was told and I quote " it's her job to say whatever she has to say to get you to come to the dealership" I couldn't believe it.... I then told them that they were not getting my business, and that I would be leaving a review to hopefully help others from being lied to and treated poorly... this is not how you treat customers!!! read more

Great Experience buying a new car !! I worked with Slavco, buying a new Insight in July. My purchase involved a trade-in and financing -- so there was every possible way to over-charge me known to man. I have been around long enough to know all the dealer tricks. But Slavco and the Streater-Smith deal on the car, the deal on the trade, and the financing were all TOP NOTCH. Slavco was very patient, very good at answering questions, and worked incredibly hard to close the sale. It was a sweltering hot humid day, and he ran all over the lot pulling cars for me to test drive. He must have put a couple miles in, just walking to do what was needed to sell the car. He was honest as the day is long. The trade-in allowance was SUPER fair. The financing department was very efficient and knowledgable. I would absolutely buy another car from Streater-Smith. Everyone there was VERY approachable and helpful. (this is my second honda from Streater). The buying experience was better for me than my BMW experience in 2006. On a car half the price of the BMW. Wow. I have never owned a hybrid before -- wouldnt even consider one. I've owned SUV's, BMWs, hondas. I gotta tell you, the Insight is a great vehicle. Best car-buying decision I ever made. read more

This is for the outstanding service for the Pre-Owned team. From the sales staff to the finance office... YES, I know what you are thinking but this finance office has been one of the very best to work with since you know most dealers, this area is a lot of back and forth and will often lead you to thinking you are not getting a fair or good deal for your hard earned money.. Every step was guided and VERY informative and friendly, almost like you are buying from a family friend. No hidden gotchas that you'd expect and they were laid back and easy going giving pointers about refinancing tips. Still a bit apprehensive, even with nice staff, we were soon at ease when going over all the paperwork involved. Sure, there's some fine print and stuff you'd not likely to read while there but we felt we were never rushed and felt like the deal was the best in town coming all the way from Katy in fact. So, you may get some negative reviews here and there but the staff we worked with along with Christie, did a fine job and deserve an extra day off. :) So far so good with our Infinity. read more

"Lies and more lies." On 07/11/2015 I was told by the Manager Greg to come in even though Capital One pre-approval letter said I had to have an income of 1800 or above. I called to cancel the appointment, but he said he would call Capital One and see if he could get things worked out. He called me back and said they will approve me even though my income was below the 1800. I went in and met with Lawrence and we talked and he said I needed to sign an form to finish processing my application through Capital One and before he walked off I told him I only wanted my credit ran by Capital One and no one else and he agreed. Lawrence lied about only running my credit through Capital One. I later found out my credit was ran 8 different times. On 07/12/2014 I called Lawrence about my credit being ran 8 different times and he said I did not meet the requirements of income for Capital One and I stated to him, if that was so my credit still should not of been ran by other finance companies. Then he went on to say I will have to speak with Greg Monday morning about this situation. read more

My husband and i were looking to upgrade room from our small kia soul to a full size truck. Our son will be 3 in October, and a big brother in November! So we needed a full size vehicle! We went to alot of different dealerships, and got very discouraged as we walked away from multiple lots who would not give us a fair deal. Then we found Streater Smith in Conroe. If you are looking to find a vehicle your whole family will love and want a fair deal, go see Michael Slater! We walked in, told him what we wanted. And he made it happen! He not only gave us more than a payoff for our kia, he also gave our family a safe, reliable, spacious, and wonderful family vehicle that my husband and i are both more than happy with! We have had it about 2 weeks now and since our date of purchase, we have received messages asking if we had any questions about our titan, and a great follow up!! We highly recommend Streater Smith of Conroe! And there is nobody better than Michael Slater! 7-9-15 read more

I bought a 2015 Nissan Murano from this dealership. I must say that my salesman, Michael Slater was a rockstar. Definitely ask for him when you get there. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal. Besides that, be sure to do your research before you go, we used our insurance car buying service through truecar.com. They honored the price that we received from that service. We also researched current promotions and our credit score before going to the dealership. The final thing we did was to secure our own financing before we went in order to negotiate the best finance rate with Nissan Motor company. 0%APR gets no better than that. Also, be on your p's and q's when you go to sign the paperwork. The finance paperwork guy was pleasant until I turned down the warranty which would have increased my monthly payment by about $30. All said and done, Streater Smith Nissan is a great place to buy a car if you come prepared and ask for Michael Slater. read more

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle and top notch service! I bought a 2014 Altima last year and was greeted immediately by a sales associate Cody Hudson. He listened to all my wants in a vehicle and put me in something I absolutely love. We walked through all the vehicle options that would meet my financial and travel needs, and he thoroughly explained how each car handled and what they offered. The paperwork process didn't take long at all and everyone in the building was very friendly. I spoke with Trey in finance and he was great! They showed me all the gismos and gadgets the car offered and sent me on my way! I have been back for oil changes and tire rotations, getting great service every time. I've recommended this dealership to another friend who ended up buying a versa note. She loves it! So again, if you want quality I would highly recommend Streater-Smith! read more

Recently I received a survey rating the delearship, service and sales personnel. I filled out the survey but upon realizing the mistakes I made in answering this survey, I would like to give my own description and in my own words how I felt about our experience at Streater-Smith Nissan. The dealership was both extremely clean and very friendly. I was treated with kindness and with expertice. My salesman, Corey Taylor went beyond my expectations in helping me with the process of learning my car in its fullest. I even had a problem with the bluetooth and he spent a great deal of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the system. I'm sorry for the misrepresentation I gave because it was not how I felt. So far everyting is GREAT with both my salesman and the dealership. Melissa Mitchell read more

You always hear horror stories about car salesmen getting over on customers but not here at Keating Nissan! Tough times came and I was out of a car for two months. I was going from dealership to dealership to replace my car with no luck. As soon as I walked into Keating Nissan, I was greeted by Andre Brown, it felt like I knew him all my life. He was so professional with the car buying process that I wanted to buy 5 card from him. Everything about him was genuine about him in the process from the variety of cars we looked at, test driving and the paperwork. He truly changed my outlook on car salesman and put me into the car of my dreams! Go to Keating Nissan and ask for Andre Brown to show you how the car buying process should be done! read more

This is the second time we have bought from Streater-Smith Nissan. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Truly have the customer in mind and not the bottom dollar. Corey Taylor has been the greatest salesman to work with. He understands what the consumer wants and doesn't use smoke and mirrors. Straight forward and to the point. A little bit of back and forth, but a great experience. The service department is a pleasure to work with. The first Nissan we had never seemed to be fixed right from 2 different dealers. We brought it to Streater-Smith, and never had another issue. Do to that experience, we have bought the last two Nissan Altimas from them. Can't give them enough praise. A dealership like this is few and far between. read more

I have used Streater-Smith Honda Service for all automobile repairs. My service has always been handled professionally and in a timely manner. I have worked with Daryl Hoopi a few times and I appreciate his friendliness, his attention to detail and his fairness while we work together. I have always felt that Streater-Smith Honda has taken care of not only my car, but of me as a customer. At times, they have alerted me to possible parts that might need repair or replacement in the future, but have advised me that my car is safe when I leave the dealership. I appreciate the fact that nobody pressures me into repairs that are not necessary at the current appointment. I would recommend your services to all. read more

I've now had 2 amazing experiences here. I bought a 2014 altima last year and just bought a 2015 altima. The staff was very accommodating and operated with what I thought was high integrity. I was given a fair price for my trade and my salesman, Cody Hudson, was very upfront and honest with me. I drove 3 hours to conroe just to get my car here. I will be returning for my next auto purchase. If you are in the Houston area and looking for a car please go here and ask for Cody. I feel like he truly cares about the customer and fights for the best deal. Ask for Cody Hudson. read more

Keating Nissan is the BEST dealership. I have bought many cars in my 50 years. The salesman and manager were very professional and helped me get the best price on my car. I bought a used car for my daughter and they had the best prices when I researched at autotrader and cars.com. When we took the car home, I noticed the air conditioner was a little warm. I took the car in the next day to be checked out. They said they would install a brand new compressor for free!!!!!!!!!! WOW. THANK YOU KEATING NISSAN. I am so happy and grateful to you. read more

I had a wonderful experience here. I shopped around for a couple of weeks. Tim Eldringhoff was a great help and answered all of my questions about the Juke. He was very knowledgeable. He was also very polite and honest always treated me with respect. Overall I would not have purchased with them if it wasn't for him being so delightful. I also dealt with Mark Eaton over the phone he was great and did exactly what he said he would when I came to the dealership. Their credit department was also very nice and knowledgeable. read more

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The staff member I encountered was rude and unhelpful, and the lack of proper parking--made worse by staff vehicles taking up customer spots--added to the frustration. I came with the intention of purchasing a specific car but have decided to take my business elsewhere due to this interaction. It's unfortunate that one negative experience could overshadow what might have been a good deal. Hopefully, the team takes steps to improve their customer service in the future. read more

I stopped in at Streater-Smith just to have a look at the 2015 Murano's and ended up leaving with one. The experience far exceeded my expectations as this is the first vehicle that I have bought entirely on my own. My salesman, Roderick Rogers (Rod), was friendly and very helpful in answering my many questions and guiding me during the whole process. I couldn't have done it without him. When you stop in to Streater-Smith, be sure and ask for ROD. and I have to say ... I love my Murano!! read more
