Do not move into Kearny Point. Kearny Point promises a lot and fulfills none of the promises that they make when you sign the lease. Check out the attached image, which shows their website list of features with comments about each. It looks like a nice place when you take the tour. You don't realize until after you move in that they do not maintain anything. Bathrooms are always out of order. Just look at the electric car chargers in the parking lot. Every single one is out of order and have been for more than a year. "We will repair them soon." Nope. Worst yet, the management team is hostile. They say no to anything you ask and have restrictive policies that make no sense. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. Especially cleaning services, which can cost more than your rent (and 10x market costs)- and you are not allowed to use an outside cleaning company. And the rent increases are unreasonable. We moved out in 2021. Our staff has been happier since. read more

*Our rent went up $7000 after our first year lease* We leased a space for a year. Very friendly staff. We loved the space and even helped photograph their events free of charge to help them out since they were a new business. We took some cool photos of the building as well to help them for no charge which they loved and used on billboards of major highways and online marking. After all that they skyrocketed our rent to NYC / Hoboken prices which made it feel like a bate and switch. They also forced us to buy blinds from them at $200 a pop totaling $1000 and didn't let us take them with us or offer a refund when we left. Sad to leave the building but take their marketing for a grain of salt and beware of these things before considering to sign. read more

I'm loving the experience at Kearny Point and at Building 78. The facility itself is what one may expect, but in my case it's more. Secure access 24 hours a day, during business hours reception, mail & packages. The entire facility offers many "shared" spaces that you can meet with a client or just chill and relax to break up the work day. There are also first come first serve smaller meeting rooms. They have frequent events which are nice to just mingle.. oh yeah and the staff is super nice!! Great job guys! read more

Where do I start! My team and I moved into Kearny Point a few months ago and WE LOVE OUR SPACE! The building as a whole is amazing. Personally I have dealt with Gizelle and Ashlee and both ladies are so helpful with every questions I or my teammates have ever had. The rooftop and the bistro downstairs are a huge bonus to the building! Also, the building had a FB group where everyone can connect and communicate and it has really brought everyone in the building together. There is not one floor that I have been on and I have no heard people laughing and greeting one another! Amazing place! -Undock team! read more

I've had a great experience as a shared desk tennant! The staff has always been very friendly and handled all of my requests in a very fast manner. The co-working space has an amazing vibe! The prices are considerably cheap with great perks and infinite amount of parking spaces. I love that it's close to major highways, airport, and Manhattan. read more

In the past month, the Nick and Ashlee in the leasing office have used bait-and-switch tactics on three different occasions, changing options, pricing, availability, and terms on spaces I had chosen to move into... and now that it's less than a week before our move in date (boxes packed, furniture purchased), my company has been asked to tour the building AGAIN to look for alternative spaces. The leasing team is unorganized, unprofessional, and unconcerned about the challenges they create for potential leasees like my business. If you value integrity, this is not the co-working situation for you. Zero concerns for clients. read more

Kearny point is a great place for office space. Management is very friendly and helpful. Monthly rates were reasonable. Convenient parking, shared kitchen area, cafeteria in the lobby. Conference rooms are available, copy machine, WiFi, telephone etc. I would suggest a visit to see if this would work for your situation. read more

Our experience at Kearny Point, especially with the staff; has been immeasurable. While on campus we have thrived and networked whenever possible. We commend Kearny Point for their continual diligence to ensure the Co-working space residents feel just as important and empowered as the Flex space residents; despite our smaller budgets. In addition, they are strategic to bring worthwhile networking /educational events to the campus; and provide the best IT support available, further supporting a startup business' opportunity to succeed.
