He was at my house the next day reviewing the project and it started a week later .During the following four weeks I had a complete remodel of my master bathroom, a partial remodel of my kids, bathroom and various other projects throughout the house.It has been an absolute joy to work with the AEC team. The forman Dominic was great at communicating constantly with me even on the weekends, letting me know what time the guys will be showing up what the parking situation will be like & everybody was always on time. The work was beautiful. They are incredible craftsmen & I would highly recommend this company to everyone.!! Thank you AEC I waited 25 years to be able to do this project and the work surpassed all of my dreams!!

I did receive the estimate for my bathroom remodels and several other projects &asked to get the work started in April... on February 2 they responded that I would be put on their schedule and I immediately responded and asked for the specific dates so I could start preparing the finances and all of the items that we're going to be needed for the remodel , it is now March 24 and I've never heard back from them. I was assured that everything would be done right away, so I even decided to ask for more estimates on other rental properties I own. Well, I was over promised and under delivered. The first meeting I had with the PM, I waited until 20 minutes past the meeting time, then I called the office to find out he was on a fishing trip! I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked to be rescheduled when he got back. He wasn't available until the following week. So I waited. I asked when the proposal might be available and when we can get work started and again I was assured right away. I texted, called, no answer. I was assured the estimate would come in by Thursday. Nothing. I called the office to see what was going on and was promised that the owner was looking into this and that I would be prioritized right away. Nothing. To this day I haven't received a call from the PM, from the owner, from anybody at Absolute Contractors. I put too much trust and faith in them and was completely let down. I forwent getting other contractors to bid the job simply because I thought I'd be doing business with Absolute. Now I've wasted time and money simply for the sake of taking a leap of faith on a company that doesn't really care about their customers.

We felt every sub contractor Don utilized on our project from that painter through completion was clean, timely and fantastic. We did a small addition (closet, bathroom, laundry room) which required removing a dead tree, retaining walls, doors & windows, roofing, siding, insulation, plumbing electrical and tile work. We never had an issue passing inspection. Since Don lives on the mountain, he was helpful to us as newbies. He recommended product choices based on durability, etc. He offered remedies to the aging home's prior projects that weren't done safely or correctly. When we discovered that a gopher had loaded the existing bathroom wall with tons of dirt, he had a solution and expert to remedy the situation. As other issues arose in our aging home, he offered options without sales pressure as to what would serve us best in the long run, always making the final decision our choice. Safety and durability seem to be top priorities. We appreciated how he guided us through the process.
