Selling a home from a death was difficult adding Covid made it much worse. What really added the final touch of dissatisfaction was zero representation at the closing, absolutely nobody showed up from Hanna for the close. Many people came to view the home, then it dropped off due to covid and we the customer started showing the house as we were told cOvid restrictions prevented them from showing it. Anyway it sold and it's over and I learned a lot.

Above and beyond: I mentioned to Garry recently that I would like to sell my current TN property (because I am getting too old to maintain 200 acres by myself) and purchase something smaller in the same area. He volunteered to research real estate agents in my area and find the best one for my needs. This he proceeded to do, and I am so far quite satisfied with his choice. Garry worked hard for us.
