The second day of the workshop was equally as great as the first day. Action-packed and full of so much valuable information. The day started with a virtual tour of a home for us to review so that we could use the flip evaluation sheet provided to us and learn what and how to look over a home. We covered everything from the exterior, interior, driveway, garage, basement, etc, and decided if it was as is, repair, or replace. The sheet was so helpful to know exactly what you are looking for to evaluate the home and create a cost estimate to see if this is something you would like to invest in. Another super helpful lesson was about retirement, 401k's, and self retirement plans. It was dense information but it really made me rethink my retirement plan because I do not want to retire and then worry about running out of money. I want to retire and have a steady income that keeps increasing. They showed so many retirement plans and this really opened my mind to pay closer attention to my retirement plan so that it can be a win-win situation. There is honestly so much more I can say about day 2 but I think it is best that you invest in the workshop and see for yourself. If you are on the fence, the price of the workshop is super reasonable considering the value of the information. Glenn N Amber Schwarm's Home Flipping Workshop was, by far, more educational more inspirational, n realistic than I had hoped for...the fee was nominal...an amount I often spend n sometimes waste at the pharmacy buying things I don't even need. The bus tour n all speaker discussions were realistic because I tried a flip before attending their seminar n was just lucky enough to not lose my shirt. So what they taught me by day 2 showed me exactly where I had gone wrong. I could've made quite a decent profit had I just attended their workshop alone before jumping the gun on a flip that I clearly wasn't knowledgeable on how 2 do...YET!
