This February I lost power but the generator ran for a few minutes and then shut down. They came out ( and I paid for the service since they said the generator needed yearly maintenance) and said it was a battery monitor that prevented it running. Also now 'monitoring it and said they fixed the WiFi. Two months later we lost our power again. Generator ran for a few minutes and then stopped. Wifi didn't function. Young electrical said they would come but started quoting fees. If I have to pay again, I think I'll hire a competent company!

I called 3 Wave Cleaning and got a quote to clean my dryer vent. After shopping around, this was…read morethe lowest quote, especially since our vent is about 30 feet long, and another company charges by the foot. They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.
