Being far away, I called them when the insurance company suggested having them do the estimate. Not only did they make me feel better about seeing the car, they worked with our insurance company, gave us an estimate, connected her to Enterprise and we were able to leave the car throughout Thanksgiving break. Two weeks and the work was done. They kept us in the loop the entire way, were very accommodating to speak to me, not only her, and with thorough and complete in fixing the damage. Would recommend them if you ever (and I hope not) need work done especially if your college student is there .

i was physically restrained from taking my vehicle after paying for repairs that i did not…read moreauthorize. i was told to shut up, by the kid behind the counter because i was making him sick, when i was trying to talk to him as a human being. after paying for unauthorized work, and refusing to sign saying i had authorized the work, one of the twins told the other "don't let her leave." they stood in front of and behind my truck and would not move. the geriatric idiot phil came to my window recording me and mocking me. these are mature business owners?! they are stunted adolescent morons. i called the police, and was forced to sign their paperwork as i was threatened to have a lien placed on my vehicle if i didn't sign. in the past the tires they sold me cost $750.00. lasted less than 3 months and not even 10,000 miles. it took ten weeks to get a refund of $280.00 when i was told i would get a refund of 85-90%. not even close! it should be known i am a single woman and feel this had everything to do with my gender and the fact that i questioned them! stay away from these pathetic rip off artists.

I had an appointment at a better garage but Mancuso's told me they could do it 4 days earlier. Instead, it took them just as long and they did not call me when it was finished. I only found that the car was ready to be picked up when I called them to check the status the following day. They suggested replacing both lines but were able to repair the rupture so I requested the latter. When I left, I found that they had drilled a self-threading bolt straight into my front, passenger side tire only after stopping to pump my tires when the pressure light came on. Bolts flip on their sides when run over where nails puncture tires and there were socket friction marks around the bolt on the rubber, suggesting that the puncture was deliberate. Kevin was the name of the mechanic that handled my vehicle and likely the mechanic responsible for the bolt. Completely uncommunicative and intent on nickel-and-diming their costumers. I would suggest Pompender's or Dunn instead.

He even gave a great recommendation for transport and we got the vehicle in just 2 days, across the whole country! (I'm sure transport varies depending on availability). I've dealt with a lot of sales reps in my time, and Steven is one of the most professional. We were waitlisted for a rav4 Prime since March 2022 and he called us in July 2022 when one arrived. Kelly, the finance manager, is also very helpful in handling all the docs. Not as easy since we live several states over. I definitely recommend Luv Toyota, you won't encounter slimy sales tactics like other dealerships out there.
