However, he then abruptly turned right (in front of my vehicle) without a blinker and I had to slam on my brakes and I honked my horn. To my horror he proceeded to jump from his truck, run over to my window and start calling me a f*ckin b*tch multiple times!! I had my 3 boys in the car and I was completely stunned watching this man absolutely come unhinged in the middle of the road. I had never seen him before in my life, but upon looking up the company I discovered that it was the OWNER who I had been berated by! The more unprofessional person I've ever met! If they were the last company in Kansas City I WOULD NOT use Ryan Construction Systems.

Dan Ryan ( owner of the Company) was very helpful & patient to explain what was needed &followed throughwitheverything we had discussed .

Ronnie is hands-on with his projects and flexible with adjustments as we went. His crew was professional and cleaned up the job site each night after work. I would recommend HIGHLY recommend Greg's KC Wall and Hardscapes.

He was very informative about the use of rebar and type of concrete used. There was no mess when they left and he informed us about the care of the driveway for a few weeks. Talk about fair and honest and someone who keeps appointments and answers you back within three minutes with a text. Just overwhelmed with the service we received in the remodel. We highly recommend. I had seen Ed Delgado doing contractor work around my condo building in KCMO quite a few times…read more We'd say hello to each other in the hall, he'd play with my dog, or we'd look at open houses and he'd be working on the units. Anyhow, we had some ceiling damage (from a leaky toilet above us). The unit above us hired him to do the repair work. He was in and out and did a great job. This job included him cutting out some of the ceiling, waiting till everything was dry, and then inserting new sheet-rock and painting it all up. After the job was done, it looked like brand new. Wouldn't you know, the leaking continued and once the problem was fixed once and for all, we took some bids. The building recommended someone else and we called them in. After they showed up to estimate the job, they never followed up over a three week period and gave us a written estimate despite several emails and calls on my part. Time to call Ed! His estimate came in at 1/3 the price of the other contractor and wouldn't you know, he had great follow-through and came out right away. This job was quite a bit larger than round one as we had far more water damage. However, after the three day job was done, you can't tell that it was worked on it at all. Ed really takes pride in his work, will answer any questions from you, uses quality materials, and will be glad to give you some advice on smaller projects that you can do on your own whether it's hanging mirrors, fixing the toilet, etc. If I ever require a handyman or a general contractor again, I will not hesitate to give Ed a call. He's amazing! Unlike other contractors, he will actually show up on time and do the job in the time he promised. He also didn't require payment till the job was done and made sure we both signed the estimate / contract. Love it!
