I like to mow, trim and keep a nice yard (its my source of zen) so we use their yearly maintenance lawn/weed & grub/prevention/fertilizer program (4-5 treatments), although their full-service mowing and trimming is very good if you want them to do that. When they treat the lawn, They always drop off a paper explaining what they've done and any special instructions or recommendations. They also are very attentive with pets and keep detailed notes on each address for any special instructions (gates, garages, etc...) Their seed is the BEST (and greenest) shade/sun fescue mix I've ever used. They re-seeded, vertical-cut, and aerated my yard about four seasons ago and I'm very happy with our lawn. I contacted Jorge via Yelp on the 16th of the month. He replied after awhile and said he would be happy to come out. I called him on the 18th. He came late in the day, a bit later than he stated, but did arrive. We talked about the project and I showed him what was needed. He said he would email me a quote. On the 21st I texted him asking about the quote. He said he would send it that night that he "promised". It is now the 26th. No emails or texts or calls. If he doesnt want to do the job, that's more than okay, just tell me. That's honesty I can respect. But when you say you'll so something, and you have to say "I promise" and you don't do that thing? That's an issue to me. I'll be moving on.
