After my first wash, the red also bled into my lighter/highlighted pieces. I reached out afterward multiple times asking for the formulas that were used on my hair and never received them, which has made trying to get my hair corrected by another stylist even more frustrating. I did receive a refund which I appreciate but unfortunately that doesn't undo the damage or the time and money I now have to spend on a color correction to which I was quoted from $600-1,000. I understand that color doesn't always turn out perfectly but this was nowhere near what I asked for and the lack of communication afterward made the experience even more disappointing. I would not return.
