I've included before, during, and after photos too. They were very punctual, communicative, clean and beyond friendly. They helped me move furniture and put it back. I don't know how he has such a steady hand, but Ken was able to cut the edges perfectly. I'm so happy with my experience, the budget friendly quote I received, their professionalism and quality. They even painted my radiator, washed the windows, and vacuumed before leaving! There's nothing left for them to paint, but I'll be calling them back as soon as there is. Also, Ken loves dogs, which I felt great about as they were here for a number of days and my dog didn't have to be behind a closed door the entire time.

He's super easy to get in contact with and has so far been great to work with (I still have some outstanding work that has to be done but that's not due to Ken's delay but rather needing to wait till my tenants move out). I'd recommend Ken to others since most of the above traits can be atypical of other people in this line of work. I hired Ken for exterior siding sealing/caulking, painting, interior painting and roof work.

They did a great job with power washing before painting which is an important part of the prep to make the paint job lasts longer. They were efficient (took about 1 week to finish the job; only came to work on the house weekdays 8-4:30ish) and addressed every concern we had with some wood rot that needed to be replaced. Jose was responsive and sent updates along the way. He showed up when he said he was going to and was able to get started on our home within about a week after coming by in person to give a price estimate. Looks like they might also do other contracting work or at least cabinets so I may reach out again for that. Otherwise, I would recommend him for painting. He is an honest guy with fair pricing and does a great job.

It was completed on time using quality materials, and Jose and his team were always respectful and helpful throughout the process. We were able to check all the boxes when Jose sent me a quote. He used quality paints and understood our concerns regarding the importance of preparing the areas (washing, scraping, replacing damaged or loose and missing shingles, repairing wood rot, etc.). Also, Jose patiently waited until the roofers finished their work and repairs to begin his job. He added shingles at the base of several walls that the roofers requested be done before they complete their work. They cleaned the areas at the end of each day. Keith's quote was very competitive and was also the most professional with many details on the scope of the job as well as a certificate of insurance Workmen's Comp and general liability. His painters Juan and Alejandro were professional, courteous and always kept the area around our home tidy as they were working on our home. It was about a 2 week job and Keith and his team were flexible on start time since we had other home projects happening simultaneously. He was responsive throughout the process and patient with us as we decided on colors. He also repaired several things without charging us and we were so pleased that he didn't just paint over dry rotted wood or our damaged roof trim. He was committed to doing a great job and we were very please and will hire him again the next time our home needs painting (which we're hoping won't be for a while since we opted for 3 coats - 1 of the coats being the long lasting elastomeric paint :) Thank you Atlas Painting!

The crew left excessive overspray, failing to properly cover surfaces or move items that should have been protected. More seriously, they sprayed insulation foam onto our truck. Both the head worker/project manager, Juan, and the supervisor, David Alaniz, personally promised me that the foam would be removed and the truck restored. Despite these assurances, they went silent and have taken no responsibility. The removal of the insulation foam is estimated to cost between $1,500 and $2,000. To make matters worse, I have discovered that Atlas Painting is no longer operating on Thumbtack under that name. Based on their conduct--causing damage, making false promises to fix it, and then disappearing--I believe they are running a fraudulent business designed to avoid accountability.
