I went to her once only for regular Pedicure. Before and during the appointment I alerted her that I have very delicate sensitive cuticles and to be careful when cutting. She pushed very aggressively and I was bleeding, She is so cheap as she has limited few nail polish colors. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After I left I kept getting repeated texts to write her a review. I have never been to a place that would repeatedly pressure you to write a review[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The worst she claims she does Russian manicure. When I asked her if she does Chrome, she said she does but chrome lasts only few days and she can do a retouch once only in five days. This was a big red flag; she obviously she does not have the skill or know s thing about the Chrome Technique. I do Russian manicure with my great technician that lasts and looks great even after six weeks. I never had a retouch or heard of it. The reason I was checking with her as my nail Technician was on vacation and she is kind of far. Today, I thought again of going back to KC for regular Pedicure. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I texted her to check if she has additional nail polish colors, and would like to apply a mix of two different colors. She said she has same colors as before and she does not recommend combining 2 colors; and if she does and I don't like the combination she does not have time to remove. What an answer![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As if this is not enough. I told her that I will buy few colors. She said I want you to know that this will not get you any discount, I told her, I did not ask you for a discount and why are you assuming! Immediately, I told that I will not be going back to her anymore. I don't know how she has these good reviews.
