Brad, replaced I would say ten or more bricks, repointed the chimney, and coated the crown. He and his crew were professional from start to finish and didn't leave a speck of brick in the yard or on my roof. The price was absolutely phenomenal. He is a straight shooter. Look no further. I am going to be having him back for more work. Please note that the pics are not the finished product at the moment. Brad is coming back to clean the brick and sheathing completely and to seal the brick and mortar. I will update the photos when he is completely finished. Brad came back as promised, cleaned up the dust and sealed the brick. The work looks beautiful and no more leak! They didn't leave a speck of brick pieces anywhere. Perfect clean up.

We worked tirelessly with a couple other contractors before Jeremy the owner of Copper Creek stepped in. Not only was Jeremy knowledgeable and easy to work with, he was patient in working with our Insurance company and getting our entire roof replaced. His professionalism showed through the whole process. The roof we had put on was not a simple slap on and go on your way. Our roof had lots of peaks and valleys and presented many obstacles in working with a new product. Jeremy and his crew made sure every detail was taken care of. The work cite each day was cleaned up. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful roof and we recommend Copper Creek to everyone!!

I had my roof replaced in November 2023 and used Freedom Roofing with the recommendation from my…read moreinsurance agent and after reviewing the reviews. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend them and will not use them again. It's a very long story about all the issues so I will summarize. They replaced the roof and immediately I noticed damage to the interior of my home. The damage consisted of cracked ceilings. Freedom Roofing didn't want to take responsibility for the damage or the repairs. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to entice action by the company. The company did not response in the required 14 days and I had to call the BBB to ask them to illicit a response from the company. When prompted Freedom finally responded. Inept drywall people came to my home and repaired the cracks and painted the ceilings a different ceiling color and did a poor job on the repair. I called the owner of Freedom Roofing and he came to my home and agreed the ceiling job looked poor and asked me to get an estimate for a paint job to fix the job his company botched. I got an estimate and submitted it to him and he deducted it from the balance I owed him for the roof job. This process took 5 long months. I am sure the company would of not taken responsibility but for the fact that I filed a complaint with the BBB. There were many other issues, but that was one main one. Since this happened my insurance agent has taken them off the recommended list. Linda M.

We give him and his company 6 out of 5 stars for providing the highest quality of work w/top notch customer service & kindness. Prior to working with him, we researched several highly rated companies for our deck repair/remodel. He was the only one who responded within 24 hours and came out personally to our home to provide a bid (and a competitive one at that) within the week. He provided suggestions for our project without trying to upsell materials or unnecessary add-ons. He is one of only a few TrexPro specialists in Illinois, which was a high priority for us, knowing the unparalleled quality of the Trex brand. His anticipated start time for the project was exactly as predicted and he completed the work in record time. He and his team are highly skilled and show genuine care and pride in the quality of their final product. They even came back a day after the work was complete because it had rained, and they wanted to clean off any mud or leaves that had covered their work. We cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, skill and customer service. We will only work with Tom and his team for any similar work in the future. Thank you for such a beautiful addition to our home!

About 20 years ago we discovered Jackson Quality Construction located about two miles from our home. We started with a small project of removing wooden paneling in our basement so the floor could be waterproofed. Since then Jackson has done several projects around our house always when promised and always perfect. They built a new deck for us last year that visually looked much better than our old one and is very solid. More recently they patched a roof leak that the roofer could not seem to correct even after two visits and a few hundred dollars. Their crew also is genuinely friendly. What we appreciate most is that they will keep at it until we are completely satisfied. There's no just walking away after we pay. However, be prepared that Jackson is quite expensive. Be prepared to pay top dollar. We think it's worth the expense to get it done right without stress and worry. Many of our neighbors have used Jackson and have been highly satisfied. In fact, that's how we learned about them.
