Fabulous people and experience for their soft opening! Lenexa needs another brewery and the space is huge inside and out with so much potential for events and fans and people to get together. Their cider is great and enjoyed both lagers. Their cheese dip is a bit different than the other location and DELICIOUS. dip it all! Service was friendly and fast.

Limitless Brewing - A pretty wide variety, not JUST IPAs like most of KC. Here's a stout and a very flavorful sour.

But you're coming for the beer, and the beer is really great. Limitless has gone from a location in a light office park to its own standalone building, complete with patio and plenty of space. There are generally half a dozen or more of their own craft brews on tap ranging from IPA through porter/stout. You may have even had some of their flagship beers elsewhere, such as JoCo Juice, a hazy IPA or Rolling in the Deep, a double New England IPA. I myself go for malt over hop, so I find their Marzen to be one of my favorite beers. If they have their Mexican lager on tap, then I also suggest sampling that as well. A flight of four runs you $14-ish and is a great value, as the sample sizes give you plenty of opportunity to really get a feel for their offerings. If you find something you really like, then you can take four-packs home to go in cans. Limitless is open almost every day, at least until 7:00 and when the weather is nice, the patio was a must do. There are frequently people playing a board game or just enjoying the space, and while I don't want this to be just another noisy space, they could do with maybe a TV or two more. But that is just me being picky and since they are in the neighborhood, I like visiting whenever I can.

They have a large patio area where dogs and kids can play and run around (leased dogs, not the kids ). They have a stage outside and lots of individual seating and picnic tables. They have one of the best brewery patios in KC. The indoor space is also fairly large and they do have a room that can be rented for private events. And this year, they added an outdoor tent so you don't have to freeze but can still be outside. They have a few TVs for sports ball watching. Service is always fanatic. Despite being busy, they're always clean. They do offer food-tacos, pizzas, kids menu. I've not tried any but I always see people ordering so it must be pretty good. It's a brewery so obviously they have beer, but they also have nonalcoholic beverages and wine. I stick to the beer. My favorites are alway the stouts. They remind me of simpler old school stouts that aren't sweet and heavy. They have live music and other events so make sure to follow their social media and definitely check them out!

The problem…read morewith Rockcreek on this day is that they overbooked, they had two parties happening as well as, Saul's. For a brewery with a maximum occupancy of 83 and an engagement party in the back with 70 people scheduled to attend...you can immediately see the issue. Not to mention the number of kids at this place, now I get it, it was around dinner time it wasn't 9pm however, one of the parties seemed to be a child's birthday party, um what? And why? What an odd place to pick for your sons like 5th birthday (excuse me I am not great at determining ages of snot nosed toddlers nor, do I want them roaming around the brewery I'm at). With all of this being said, the beer was fairly decent and the beef sandwiches were divine. If it was nicer outside, it was still pretty nippy outside and spring hadn't sprung yet, then they have a big patio and outdoor area that could have been utilized. Case in point if your brewery only holds 83 people and you book a 70 person party- number one, just don't. Number two, use business logic and common sense and make it a rule that parties over a certain number have to rent out the space entirely for a private party. And number three, most definitely don't double book your business- heck in this case triple book (with the Saul's pop up bound to bring in a tier of customers you don't normally have) The sour beer was our favorite because, it was only slightly tart and zesty with slight citrus notes, it wasn't too sour and sharp. It was easy to drink which sometimes sour beers are not. I would order this again however, both the IPAS I tried were just okay...the New England one I preferred more, the hop profile was more in line with a slightly piney taste, it was fine.

We back, rapid fire list…read more HIGHS: - Burger and fries were good - Sauce that came on the side reminded me of raising canes which is very good MIDS: ‍-I liked the ambiance in the place, was pretty empty but I know that's out of their control ‍- Try to pick a channel on the tv, it was switching channels every 5 mins ‍- Chips felt a little stale on the appetizer but not really an issue ‍- Guac looked brown on top which leads me to believe it was sitting out for a while before being served, but still tasted alright. LOWS: - I asked an employee for some water and I got "I'm not your server," and walked away in response, didn't love that - I obviously don't know the full story behind it but writing on your menu that you are incapable of cutting a burger or sandwich in half is pretty absurd. Along with not even having knives for us to do it ourselves - Could probably invest in some blinds, the glare inside was crazy Overall a fine meal, obviously a lot going on but mostly not on the good side. The actual meal saved the day because if it weren't for that I probably would've been more critical.

Didn't take the food too long to come to the table. I will say I was surprised by how decent it was. Nachos and hummus with veggies are my recommendations.
