Removing the tree was not the issue we had with this company. Our issue was how our lawn was treated during and afterwards, and how rude and unprofessional they were. They initially began the removal by using mats on the ground but I guess I done point they gave up on using those and decided to drive across the lawn with their almost 11,000 lb Caterpillar which completely destroyed the yard. After they left the first day the crew left multiple water bottles and trash in our yard as well. When the job was finally completed they left that same 11,000 lb piece of equipment on the lawn for 5 whole days which during that time it also rained heavily. They removed a fence panel to access a large tree stump that had sprouted 10 foot branches near and under my fence. After surrounding the area with heavy net barriers to prevent collateral damage, they brought in a stump grinder, ground up the stump after using a chainsaw to remove the sprouted branches, smooth-raked the area, replaced the fence panel secured it with screws, and made it look like nothing ever happened. He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally.
