There is no interest in fairly resolving issues raised by the customer. According to KB the customer is always requesting something that is contrary to their policy. KB simply provides the customer with the same tired excuses repeatedly. The next step is they don't answer their phone and if you can get them by blocking your phone number they tell you "don't call us we'll call you." Sometimes they simply hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation. Another issue is their requirement to pay 100% of the purchase price at the point of sale. Every retailer that I am aware of requires 50% down and 50% the day before the actual delivery. With KB the customer finances their inventory and therefore eliminates any financial risk for KB. This leaves the customer with no leverage in the event of a problem. In addition, they will not refund your money for any reason. Nice business model for them but a loser for their clients. I have read reviews by other KB customers in addition to the smug and condescending responses by the owners. The many poor reviews indicate similar issues including terrible customer service, no refunds, restocking fees etc. The responses from the owners follow common themes. For example, KB thinks that the customer is always wrong and there is always some "reason" why they cannot resolve the issue in favor of the customer. They always claim their staff never makes a mistake and are in fact unfairly criticized by the customer. This includes allegations that the customer is abusive to their staff. I would say it's my experience that its quite the opposite. The bottom line is prior to making the sale they are very nice and after you pay them in full they are very nasty Period.     Here's the revised review:…read more Terrible Experience with Zing Patio - Not How You Treat Loyal Customers We are extremely disappointed with Zing Patio in Naples, Florida. We spent a total of $13,594.73 on an outdoor dining set and lounging set with a fire pit, expecting high-quality products and service. Instead, we experienced poor craftsmanship, terrible customer service, and a complete disregard for loyalty. This isn't the first time we've purchased from Zing Patio. Four years ago, we spent nearly $50,000 on patio furniture and had it shipped up north. We thought this was a company we could trust. Clearly, we were wrong. When our $5,000 dining set arrived, the table had dings on the top and gouges on the base. We asked to send it back immediately, but the delivery guy assured us they'd replace it. When the replacement arrived, it wasn't much better--the base still had gouges and looked banged up. We tried to work with Zing Patio to resolve the issue, but they were initially uncooperative. After a lot of back and forth, they offered to sell us a more expensive table for $1,500 more, while only crediting us $1,000 for the defective one. It felt like they were trying to profit from their poor quality. We even offered to pay an additional $500 to switch to the better table, but they rejected the offer and insisted on $1,000 more. Adding to the stress, my wife didn't want to break up the dining set because it matched the lounging set. When we asked if we could return just the table for a refund, they refused, claiming they couldn't break up the set. However, they were willing to break it up when it meant selling the more expensive table. This double standard was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, after days of aggravation, they agreed to take back the entire dining set without a 25% restocking fee, but they wanted to charge us for two delivery fees. Instead of making things right, they were trying to squeeze more money out of us for their defective products. After all this stress, we reluctantly decided to keep the table--even with its defects--just to end the nightmare and avoid the additional $250 in delivery fees. We expected much better from Zing Patio, especially as loyal customers who have spent nearly $65,000 with them over the years. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly have ruined our trust in this company. We will never shop here again and strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere.

I think they make their own furniture here. Walked in and was greeted somewhat coldly by the salesperson. At first I did not see anything that met what I wanted. Out of the corner of my eye Mrs. K. is making a beeline for table and chair set. It first appeared to meet my height needs. And it did. As the salesperson warmed as we seemed to find something we might be interested in. She then kind of waved us to the back area saying there was more selection "back there" oh and it is not air conditioned. We saw some cool stuff but not what we saw in the main showroom. When we went back to the original piece we started asking "buying" questions. This is where we found out the information that closed the deal. Yes the furniture is made on sight, the frame is powder coated aluminum, and it is then wrapped in wicker. Powder coating is very important process that adds longevity to any product it is applied. I asked about warranty and was told 10 years. A warranty is great but it is only as good as the company. The next question I asked is how long have you been in business? 40 years. In my mind I was sold. The salesperson then mentioned I might need an umbrellas and base. I was kind of thinking meh I will find one cheap. Then the info on just the fabric on the umbrella and how sturdy it was caught my interest. It is Sunbrella. If there is a super material it is Sunbrella. It will last as long as I am going to. :) The price is very well within reason of anything I looked at the big box stores and the quality is superior. The old adage you get what you pay for is true in this case and the word more than what you pay for is the reality here.

    Horrible experience with Patio Gallery in Naples. We were shopping for upscale pieces for our…read morelanai. We started off on a good foot with Laura, the owner. We decided on a large dining table, 6 dining chairs, a large sofa, lounge chair and tables. We made a sizable deposit and scheduled a quick delivery since nearly all pieces were "supposedly" in stock. Upon delivery, our experience changed for the worst. The table delivered was badly warped. Two of the four cushions for the sofa and chairs didn't match. Several very lame excuses were provided for the mistakes. Patio Gallery agreed to replace the cishions and table (which was apparently not in stock and was purchased from a competitor in the area). These items now needed to be ordered - 4-6 week wait time. We accepted this solution but were very disappointed. Despite our frustration, we liked the furniture we actually wanted to buy one additional lounge chair. I "foolishly" asked for a small discount on the chair in consideration for our inconvenience. Laura blew up at this request. Her response - "Oh forget it" and then suggested she pick up the furniture and give us our money back. I was stunned and now pretty pissed off. The furniture was picked up the next day. Good riddance. Thanks for nothing Patio Gallery. I think it may be time for new ownership. Current customer service is pitiful and irrational.

"End of July Install" is written clearly as a line item on our receipt. "Just leave us an outlet" was what she said and all she needed. The installers came in their personal auto with few tools and no ladder and; because were expecting them to be employed by LD&S, we assumed they were licensed and insured. How would we know otherwise. They did a good job but afterward they demanded $600 for a two hour install. We explained to them that LD&S was contracted to do the install but the installers wouldn't leave. We called the Owner, Marcia, and TRIED to explained the situation. She talked over my Wife, then me, nearly continuously and then hung up on us. She never listened, nor were we even offered any middle-ground. Very rude and unethical service. We ended up paying the majority of the installation to get the installers out of our home. Nice product, but I wouldn't do business here again.
