They are as nice as can be when you are there to purchase something, but if there is an issue (in our case 2 month delay in receiving our $15,000 patio furniture), they (our sales person was Nicole) are extremely rude and condescending. Buy your outdoor furniture elsewhere; not worth the aggravation with the arrogant staff AND manager. read more

Here's the revised review: Terrible Experience with Zing Patio - Not How You Treat Loyal Customers We are extremely disappointed with Zing Patio in Naples, Florida. We spent a total of $13,594.73 on an outdoor dining set and lounging set with a fire pit, expecting high-quality products and service. Instead, we experienced poor craftsmanship, terrible customer service, and a complete disregard for loyalty. This isn't the first time we've purchased from Zing Patio. Four years ago, we spent nearly $50,000 on patio furniture and had it shipped up north. We thought this was a company we could trust. Clearly, we were wrong. When our $5,000 dining set arrived, the table had dings on the top and gouges on the base. We asked to send it back immediately, but the delivery guy assured us they'd replace it. When the replacement arrived, it wasn't much better--the base still had gouges and looked banged up. We tried to work with Zing Patio to resolve the issue, but they were initially uncooperative. After a lot of back and forth, they offered to sell us a more expensive table for $1,500 more, while only crediting us $1,000 for the defective one. It felt like they were trying to profit from their poor quality. We even offered to pay an additional $500 to switch to the better table, but they rejected the offer and insisted on $1,000 more. Adding to the stress, my wife didn't want to break up the dining set because it matched the lounging set. When we asked if we could return just the table for a refund, they refused, claiming they couldn't break up the set. However, they were willing to break it up when it meant selling the more expensive table. This double standard was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, after days of aggravation, they agreed to take back the entire dining set without a 25% restocking fee, but they wanted to charge us for two delivery fees. Instead of making things right, they were trying to squeeze more money out of us for their defective products. After all this stress, we reluctantly decided to keep the table--even with its defects--just to end the nightmare and avoid the additional $250 in delivery fees. We expected much better from Zing Patio, especially as loyal customers who have spent nearly $65,000 with them over the years. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly have ruined our trust in this company. We will never shop here again and strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. read more

Poor customer service. Sales person Nicole Blair miscommunicated product information and delivery information. Instead of taking ownership of her mistake which caused me to be upset over the situation, she then hung up the phone. I will never give them my business again. And I will tell all my friends and family about how poorly I was treated. read more

My bad experience was with the Zing Warehouse. Angela was rude and not at all helpful. Her boss Jon was no better. The two of them are very difficult to work with, no wonder their turnover rate is so high. Expensive crap that doesn't hold up. read more

It was a real pleasure doing business with Felicia Macchi at the North Naples store. We highly recommend her. She's hard-working, polite and pleasant, attentive to detail, and knowledgeable about products and design. Good customer service needs to be recognized! We literally walked into Zing just to look around. It was our first stop out to look for lanai furniture and although we truly believe one needs at least 3 options before deciding, she made us feel so comfortable with our selection that we really didn't feel the need to keep going. So unlike us. Looking forward to delivery and enjoying our selection. read more

We purchased outdoor furniture, that was a floor model. We put half of the amount down, but agreed to let them keep the furniture on floor till they could purchase a new replacement set. That was 4/months waiting. We finally had our furniture delivered but the problem is, it has a terrible smell, like it was sprayed with a floral scent. We called both our salesperson Kim Meyer and the manger Matt. Both said it was a fragrance that comes through the air conditioning system... What? We have known through past experiences dealing with tZing Patio in Naples, that they certainly lack customer service!!! I wanted them to come out and take care of the smell, to which Matt replied we delivered you brand new furniture we are NOT going to do anything. They said to use bleach or dawn soap and it would dissipate... it has not! We have contacted our Charge Card Co. to put a hold on payment to them. Patricia McKinney read more

Bought some Patio furniture from Zing. We ordered the furniture and were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. After 10 weeks we called, and they told us they would get us an update. They called back a couple days later and stated the fabric was on back order. We had to continue to call for updates and would constantly wait a few days each time. We ended up getting the furniture around 20 weeks after ordering and they gave us temporary cushions (Which was a good solution, just wish it happened at around 10 weeks instead of 18 weeks). About two weeks after we got the fabric we ordered. The furniture is quite nice but it would have been nice to receive proactive updates about the delay instead of having to call every 2-4 weeks to check the status. read more

After submitting my initial review, the owner of Zing, Tim, contacted me immediately to rectify the situation. Tim took responsibility for the issue and became my main point of contact until the correct couch was delivered to my satisfaction. Because of Tim's exceptional customer service, he was able to salvage my order and reverse my initial negative opinion of the store and its customer service. Thank you Tim! paid over 2,000 for a outdoor dining set that was a special order. I would have saved myself almost the entire price minus a couple of hundred...maybe more if I had bought from Walmart! I went to every patio store in town before I finally found Zing. They have a huge selection, I had a hard time deciding but Lisa was very helpful. Extremely horrible customer service. I purchased lanai furniture from Zing with a promised delivery date of 4-6 weeks. After 10 weeks, I have finally received my lanai furniture minus a chair cushion which was overlooked in being shipped from the manufacturer. I am told I will receive the missing chair cushion in 1-2 weeks. During the 10 weeks of wait time, I initiated communication for updates and had received multiple untruthful answers of when my furniture would arrive. Each time I was told different information than the time before. I was told by Zing staff, "sometimes the manufacturer lies and gives misinformation to us." I have been very frustrated by my shopping experience at Zing. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I felt once they had my order and my money, the Zing staff (salesman and manager) were flippant about my concerns. I will never do business with Zing ever. read more

**Buyers Beware!!** We ordered a patio set almost a MONTH ago. I called today to get a date when they expect to have the furniture shipped and they have NO IDEA when it will ship out. We needed to furnish several outdoor spaces and a rec room in our new home and our experience with Zing Patio was EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish!! The showroom is bright and beautifully arranged with lots of furniture so that you can see and feel everything before you buy. Pricing was competitive with other places we visited, but the friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is what really brings the value! Our Sales Associate/Design Consultant, Sheri, went above and beyond helping us choose the perfect pieces for each of our outdoor spaces. Sheri came to our home, measured the outdoor spaces and quickly got a feel for our style. When we returned to the showroom a day later, Sheri had put together stunning plans and great recommendations for each space! Her patience, enthusiasm, attention to detail and true talent for interior design made the overwhelming process of picking out fabrics and finishing touches super easy and fun! Sheri stayed committed to our project through order and delivery keeping us updated on delivery schedules. She even came to our home when the furniture was delivered to make sure everything was placed properly! The delivery team was also top notch! Delivery was well communicated and on time and the guys were professional, friendly and courteous! We couldn't be happier with our outdoor spaces and our experience with Zing! read more

Do not stand behind their defective merchandise customer service is horrible will not buy anything or recommend to anyone

I have to totally agree with Laurie Y. They do not stand behind their product. You have to give 50% down and then pay the balance before delivery. Then the furniture comes defective and they don't stand behind their product. Terrible customer service we had to bring our cushions (7) that had stains on them back to them and then pick them up. They would not come out to see any of my problems. I ordered 11 pieces of which one came damaged..and it's a chaise.of which they said we will give me my money back ..well that does me no good as I wanted and paid 14,000.00 for matching pieces! One chaise does me no good and does not solve my problem. Take it all back and give me my money back..so I can go some where that appreciates my business. DO NOT GO THERE..I DON'T WANT TO BE THE ONE THAT SAID TOLD YOU SO! Yes they have a nice display...but the rest is down hill. read more

Great place to find better quality furniture at the same price as the big warehouse stores. Zing also has more knowledgeable staff that actually talked to me about the products and my needs. They have a big selection of indoor and outdoor furniture and, surprisingly, carry billiards, too. They just opened, and said they won't have the showroom full until the beginning of December. When they do, I'll have to change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks Michael and Scott, you were a BIG help!! read more

Zing Patio is the best! We dealt with Lisa Davidson at the Naples location near Golden Gate & Tamiami. It was a very positive & even a fun experience. Shopping for lanai furniture can be a real drag because it is pretty expensive & a lot of times when looking, you're not really sure how much you're going to use it. Lisa actually made it fun. She was kind, courteous & spent a lot of time making sure she understood exactly what we needed & what would best suit our lifestyle. It is obvious that she really cares about her customers. She is also a designer & gave us free tips & great advice on other design aspects of our lanai. This is by far the most positive experience we have had shopping for lanai furniture! We got a great set, along with matching ottomans & a great coordinating rug, all at a good price. It perfect for our space & we absolutely love it!! We will definitely return to Zing & will recommend them to all our friends & family. read more

I finally found a patio store that exceeds my expectations! I have spent months hunting for the perfect combination of style, comfort, quality and price. I found just what I was looking for at Zing Patio in North Naples. Many people think that Zing is more about billiards and furnishing your game room, but that is not the case. They have a huge selection of patio choices in all styles and the service is second to none! The owners and sales associates are a pleasure to work with! I especially enjoy working with Lisa. She is an interior designer and extremely knowledgeable about her product. The delivery men were super helpful as well. They inspected the furniture and instructed me on hooking up the propane tank and operating the fire table. I am thrilled with all my selections from Zing Patio! If you're looking for patio furniture, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. read more
