Since this was both my friend's and my first experience here, I expected better communication and a more thorough process. Instead, the experience left me disappointed and a bit shaken. Another awkward part of the experience was the checkout process. At the end of the session, they wait for you at the front desk expecting a tip. Of course I planned to tip, but the pressure and expectation made the experience uncomfortable.
