We worked with Authentic Kitchen and Bath Concepts designer Brenda Romito to redo our seriously…read moreoutdated master bath. It had been designed by an 70 year old woman in 1996 and looked every year of it, in aqua and gray. Brenda listened to what we wanted, and helped us come up with a totally zen bathroom. Her suggestions for tiles for the floor and shower were spot on. She was comfortable with our choices for fixtures and the tub, and pulled it all together with the cabinetry. The bathroom was featured in the April 2013 issue of Charleston Home and Design. Unfortunately, my husband kept tabs on all the costs, so I can't give a total for the project, but I do know that we were able to shave some costs in selections of our countertops etc. We've got the house on the market now, because we are downsizing, but having such a nice master bath makes it hard to think about leaving. The people who have come look at the place have loved the way the master bath looks. It is simply stunning. Thank you, Brenda.

When we left, we knew what our next steps should be with a guide to aid us in planning our kitchen. We also had an estimate of the cost and felt confident about our cabinet and countertop choices. In addition to having such a great sales consultant, we spoke with Jay who had done an excellent job in designing and building the showroom. This gave us an opportunity to review our choices. This was, by far, one of the best sales consultant and customer interactions we have experienced. Mr. and Mrs. Neff - Carolina Shores, NC

I needed smaller pulls from 3 drawers and went to Lowes to find something close to match and they had the same pull handles for a fraction of the cost. This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!

We have worked with many tile companies, and I have to say the experience with Triton Stone has been one of the best. This project was a full-house renovation with tile needs for 3 bathrooms, flooring, backsplash and countertops. Triton, Tammy specifically, stood out because of her ability to listen and understand the requirements before making suggestions. For example, we had a requirement that the pattern on the backsplash match the pattern in the master shower. Tammy came up with a Tiles by Ezra suggestion that was perfect for our design, and it was a product that we were not familiar with. She understood all of our needs including budget constraints (appreciating a splurge/save approach), design goals, repetition requirements and overall cohesiveness. We are extremely happy with the choices and are looking forward to the implementation. Tammy was also able to assist with the Quartzite selection making the process even easier. Many thanks for all of the assistance! Couldn't be happier with the experience. We highly recommend!
