This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!

I only wanted a refund back for the pull knobs and NOPE "THEY WERE SPECIAL ORDER". THE LIST HE SENT ME WAS OFF THEIR WEB SITE AND NOTHING ON THEIR SAID ANYTHIHG ABOUT "SPECIAL ORDER". I thought it would be best to order everything at one place. WRONG AGAIN ONMY PART. I needed smaller pulls from 3 drawers and went to Lowes to find something close to match and they had the same pull handles for a fraction of the cost. Needless to say they mess up take your money and then you get screwed. I got $121.00 worth of stainless steel pull handles that i i cant use. I guess that is how they get a bonus from they company. please read all review before you consider going there!

The so-called customer service team said they'll call us within 48 hours, no surprise, no call. We are ready to talk with an attorney ! I went into this showroom kind of on a whim and told the sales rep I was looking for a pretty toilet. None of that modern stuff, a classy looking John was what I wanted. She pointed me to a toilet in the showroom that fit the bill looks-wise and was one piece, which was even better. So we bought it, they delivered and we had it installed. Best toilet ever: It never stops up and somehow never looks dirty. A couple years later the toilet started doing this weird screaming thing, I called the store and told them what was happening, and the parts came in the mail a few days later. An easy switch out for my husband and no more yelling commode. I just ordered two more today and can't wait to get them installed so my kids will stop clogging up the pathetic Kohler in their bathroom. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
