Nice for the kids, but it's ridiculous how they nickle-and-dime you. Can really ruin the whole event ...

Great to take kids on cold days. Friendly staff. Best to go in mornings and weekdays when not very busy with birthday parties.

I want to love this business. It's a great idea: a nearby indoor play center for kiddos for when…read morethe weather is too hot or cold, and easy access to bathrooms and food. It's almost a slam dunk, because it checks all the boxes. Unfortunately the execution is really counter productive. - It's way too expensive at $20 per visit, per kid. At this cost we would have to make an event of it, rather than visit often for just an hour. - It's billed as 0-12 years old, but there is nothing appropriate for 0-1.5 or so. If there are a lot of kids, even new toddlers are going to get trampled - There isn't a decent place to breastfeed, and I'm pretty sure there isn't a diaper changing station. The lack of these are absurd if you're aiming at families. - The coffee is $5 and mediocre. If the food is more reasonable, I could see is sitting there and having lunch or snacking often. There is significantly better coffee nearby, for maybe even a little less. I hope this place changes and improves. It would be wonderful to have it in the neighborhood.

We came here on a rainy afternoon with a fussy 20-mo old, and we thought this place was fabulous!…read moreFirst of all, the space is huge! Perfect for an active toddler. Our son climbed up & went down the big blue slide probably 50+ times. He was thrilled by the adventure. He also went through the tube and obstacle course with great delight. Downstairs the place has a wonderful toy space surrounded by tables and chairs where adults could enjoy a nice cup of coffee while their kids go crazy with variety of toys. Our son enjoyed that space as well - it was a nice break from the obstacle course & slide. Highly recommend this place if you have an active kid or toddler. Worth every penny in my opinion
