Spent several hours at Funtropolis to let my kids run wild with limited restrictions, and they had so much fun! One of their favorite activities here was shooting foamy balls at people. Even adults enjoyed this, although I got shot in the face at some point. They require shoes to be removed, so make sure you let younger kids go bare feet or wear grippy socks, since some areas can get slippery. My kids and I also enjoyed the slides and some arcade games, although the claw machines are kind of cheesy. This place was quite a bit of fun as a kid. And going with my little cousins when I was a bit older, they'd have a good time as well. Stuff always seemed to be closed though. Also, there's not a ton to do. read more

Great place to spend time with kids during the weekend. My son loved the big slide and the maze.

This place is especially great when the weather is not so good. Expect to spend a day and a minimum of $100 for a family of 4. Plenty of activities for kids, the available food is nothing great, it's mostly deep fried or hot dogs. Arcade games and huge, multilevel activity centers means kids cab have fun for hours. It can get very busy here, especially weekends. Lots of parking! There are no real downsides here, the facility is clean and well maintained. There's plenty of staff but for the very little ones, the action can get a little nuts! Also worth mentioning that there are Uber drivers in the area. You can metro to Montmerxy and go from there, it's a 10 minute drive from the metro, a $10-$15 ride. Planning parties is easy, you can do it online or in person and the prices seem high but may be worth it depending on your circumstancess. Have fun! read more

I had a full Dad-Son day to plan and I chose this place since it looked real cool for me and for him...and it was. There are games here for young kids as well as old dudes like me. I loved the MI room with the leasers and the 2 team competition button punching room. My son was hooked on the maze and just went up, down, around while I was waiting and talking with the other parents, A perfect solution. And I havent mentioned the "fight-zone" which is a cool way to let out all your aggression and "shot" balls at your kid/ other kids in a fun and safe way. The only cons are: pricey entrance, pricey low quality food (bring your own!) and all the arcade machines that are extra (this place is already a little pricey right) BUT 2 days later and my kid is still talking about this place...so YES I will defiantly come again. read more

This place is awful! Majorly packed! With a bunch of school camps! + regular kids! It's like being in a maze of kids! Constantly looking for your kid.. super noisy! Big kids hurting little kids bc the age is mixed. Example my 3yr old kid got knocked out by an 11 yr old! Funtropolis = Confusion and anxiety! I don't suffer from anxiety so imagine how bad this place is!! This place is NOT fun at all! And expensive for what you get! Awful awful awful! I'm never coming back!! Ps parent that send your kids to the camps that go there, NO ONE IS WATCHING YOUR KIDS!! So many little tiny kids where unattended, the educators from the camps where chatting among themselves or on their phone. One tiny kid, asked me to take them to the bathroom, she needed to potty and couldn't find her educator. Theses other 3 small kids asked me for money to play the machines and I asked where is your educator?, they all answered " I don't know, I haven't seen them in a while" And another one asked me for water. So, we went to this place on a cold, grey, rainy weekday in April. Take all of my comments with this in mind. We enjoyed ourselves here. The mini golf was out, which was a disappointment. The kids had a great time in all other activities. It would have been more fun with more kids to play with, but our choice of days to visit was to blame for that. It was disappointing that after paying $50 just to walk through the door we had to pay more for any of the games. That being said, for young kids, this place has everything you need. read more

Great place. Needs security as kid can walk out with anyone. I'd recommend stamps that match adult to child and check when leaving premises.

Firstly, if you find yourself coming here during the weekend... expect madness! Pure madness. This place gets incredibly packed with kids and the noises that come from these kids can be pretty deafening at first. However, kids love it here. LOVE IT! There's lots of activities for them to do some convenient fast food grub made in-house and plenty of seating for exhausted parents to sit. They also host parties for your kids, fun! This place can even make adults join in on the fun before they realize they actually ARE having fun! In my case, nothing beats the feeling of shooting a kid with a mount pressure gun that shoots foam balls right in their face. The first time, you feel guilty. Aside the fun and the madness. All these kids are boosted with the low end cheap sugary food they force you too get while trapped in this place. The food counter is packed with garbage food. Really- all you see is sodas, candies, pizza, popcorn, chicken wings....How can parents be so irresponsible and give their kids a "celebration" with empty calorific food? I was able to see only 1 "healthy" item- a vegetable platter with a creamy fat dip in the center. 2 thumbs down for food and service. Best indoor play space in town... the best I've ever been to. They have a large variety of places to play from a multi-level climb and play obstacle area, a toddler space with ball pit and trampoline, arcade game, VR and toddler rides. The place is clean and the food is surprisingly good. read more

We went to Funtropolis last Sunday for a birthday party at 2:30 where the birthday family rented a table. Let me say, for my first time there, my anxiety level shot up for the first 30 mins. My daughter is 3.5 and the atmosphere is "lively" (you can also say pretty CHAOTIC). There's ALOT to do, it's literally an artificial jungle of climbing, huge slides, obstacle courses, air gun things that you can shoot soft balls, an arcade area, air hockey, trampolines and an area dedicated to 3 year olds and under. That said, because all her friends were there, my daughter had a blast. I'm not sure she would've played much if we brought her alone because it's very busy. I'm told by the other moms that coming early in the morning is the best time becuase it's quiet. I also assume that's when it's also cleanest. My husband had to fetch my kid at one point, he had to climb into the maze and he was pretty sure some kid had peed due to the smells. I checked the prices for hosting parties, I find it steep once you think about providing food and including siblings and such. But the kids had ALOT OF FUN so it would be worth it once in a while or for a 'special' birthday. read more

I brought my sister's kids here once. It was loud, but the kids had great fun. Especially in the section with all the ball shooting. The food was not so healthy though. I guess once in a while that's alright. read more

This place is LOUD, but a lot of fun. Plus, it's big enough that it's still fun when there is a big crowd. There's a place for parents to sit. And when I went it was clean. Plus, the place for younger kids is also great. It's a little pricy, especially for adult, which in my opinion should be allowed for free. The price would keep me from bringing my kids more often, but I would definitely recommend it. read more
