The girls were not honest about their ability to do the shape or design I wanted. I came with a friend and she had the same problem with Emily. On top of all that, their spaces are dirty! I watched the girls use multiple tools on both me and others without doing anything to sanitize them. Tools were visibly dirty and the stations were incredibly cluttered and covered in nail dust. I don't think I will ever be going back here and I'm very disappointed with the service. It seems like these nail techs are more interested in money than providing proper services. 70 dollars down the drain.

I haven't even had the nail polish completed yet, so I can't comment on the quality of that, but she seems to be taking her time and ensuring she cleans up the edges, when needed. Things I would change if money was no option and the place was mine? 1) The overhead lighting... it is a more than desired as a customer, but I suppose it helps the technicians. I would soften the overhead lights and put portable lights to use just above the feet/hands. 2) I'm not keen on watching the food channel right now, but thankfully I have my noise reducing headphones with me. So perhaps over the ear wireless headphones that could be cleaned and provided to customers to listen to some spa music? But that sounds like a place that would have to charge more than I would want to pay! Lol. We were told that we could not have our hands soaked or warmed up for cuticle work prior to shellac coating because of risk of infection. My mother does not have the greatest fingernails and being old and over 75, not the best feet either. But at this point when the cuticle pushing hurt her hand, I was hoping they would try to figure out another way to work on them. Several problems with my mother and her nails, from not curing them properly and having to redo polish, to seeing her esthetician become visibly irritated with her - left me feeling very regretful. It cost $346 (not including tips) for both my mother and I to have this pedi and mani shellac experience - and a few of my mother's finger nail tips chipped off the next day. I will chalk this up to experience and not ever return here. I know these are not easy jobs but this spa should - at these prices - ensure they have the best people working on their clients. A massage chair that most nail salons have would have even been a nice touch but not even that was on offer.

Not a slight warmth, not a subtle mistake--my entire head was toned into a blotchy orange mess by a fill-in stylist who clearly didn't know what he was doing. My natural hair is brown and I left looking awful. What made this even worse was their complete lack of responsibility afterward. The salon was closed for three days, they didn't answer any calls, and they didn't bother returning a single message. I was forced to go to another salon because I had to work and couldn't show up with light orange hair. The second salon tried to fix it, but the damage was so bad that it still needs a full dye and highlight redo. So far I've paid $120 at Lemon Tree and another $265 at the corrective appointment, and my hair is STILL not fixed. Lemon Tree's response? Nothing. No apology, no solution, no proper correction. Just a $95 "credit" that I will never use because I wouldn't trust them to touch my hair again. They didn't even have basic color correction products--no blue shampoo, nothing I could actually use to manage the mess they created. I have photos of the disaster they left me with. This whole experience has been humiliating, expensive, and completely avoidable if the salon cared even slightly about their clients. I would warn anyone considering this place: do not risk it.
