His techniques with Botox, Restylane with Lidocaine and Juvederm with Lidocaine was a pain free experience. He also recommended using his preferred line called Skinbetter science. I use his Advanced Mineral Protection during the day and AlphaRet overnight cream before bed. After two months, my skin looks alive, healthy, shiny and all without any make up or concealer!!! I look 10-15 years younger. Dr Sobhy said I look like a different/youthful person and was so surprised by the results when he saw me today!!! Most importantly, his prices are so affordable in comparison to my previous place in Chicago with Michelle at Dr Dayon's office!! I strongly recommend him and his expert techniques. He was able to change one side of my face that was drooping to match the other side and then uplift my entire face!! It almost looks like I had a $15,000 face lift!! I feel more confident now and happy with all the compliments I'm getting!! Thank you again Dr Sobhy Sincerely, Anita L

Called before my appointment to check if they accept my insurance since I don't have deductible and I am 100% covered. Sent them a photo of my insurance card. They confirmed we are in-network. When I came to see the doctor he requested me to pay for the visit. When I asked why when we are in-network, he says that some patients have deductible and they don't want to pay after, so he wanted me to pay right away and when my insurance pay the claim he will refund my money. I said ok because there weren't any reason not to trust him. After 2 days he called me to tell me the results of bloodwork. I asked him what happened with insurance and he said they didn't cover anything. Called my insurance and they said he is not in my network! Called him again asking why they provided the wrong info. They sent me a paper which says we are in-network. I send that paper to my insurance and they called me and explained he just quoted the insurance never accepted them! And I already paid for visit that should be free! What a shame for one doctor! Trust a doctor? Sure! at least they should apologize- sorry for giving you the wrong info and you ended up paying for our mistake! When I talked to the doctor about this issue, he didn't care. He took the money and he is done with you! He should know that one doctor can't afford such a thing If he wants good reputation! So, DON'T TRUST THEM, check with your insurance first! They will tell you that you are in network just to get you in the office. AND DON'T PAY ANYTHING! PAY WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE BILL. Repeating- DON'T PAY BEFORE HE CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE! And trust all the bad reviews here! If I trusted I wouldn't end up going there!

I had the best, Dr. Coran and his team. I spent 3 days under there care and I can't sat one negative thing about MOSH. The medical floor is separate from the orthopedic floor and not run the same way. All the nurses on the orthopedic floor are great. Also, you get a menu and can order each meal in a two hour gap and they bring it to you. Dr. Coran is a spinal specialist. He has done all three of the areas of my back with the last in January 25, He took it apart and put it back stabilized so I can continue to do normal things and play tennis. I highly recommend the Orthopedic floor. NK

Dr. Thomas Paulick has been my orthopedic surgeon for 17…read moremonths. He is an extremely kind and compassionate person, and an incredibly gifted, brilliant surgeon. I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian in December of 2017 and came very to losing my lower right leg. I was 48 years old at the time. I suffered traumatic ankle dislocation, fractured tibia and fibula, among several other complicated trauma injuries. Dr. Paulick performed 4 surgeries in 13 days to save my lower right leg, while I was in the hospital. Dr. Paulick has tirelessly done everything surgically and medically to provide me with the amazing gift, of being able to walk and do everything else, on my own leg. From the very first day, to my last visit with Dr. Paulick today, he has patiently and meticulously explained every medical detail to me, and graciously answered all of my questions throughout my long recovery journey. I knew from the first day that I had 100% confidence and trust in Dr. Paulick's competencies as an orthopedic surgeon. Today I can work and drive again, and do everything to enjoy living a full life, as I had prior to my accident, thanks to the remarkable medical care which Dr. Paulick has provided for me. I am so grateful to him beyond words, and am truly blessed and honored to have Dr. Paulick as my orthopedic surgeon. He is the true definition of what a physician and surgeon should be for their patients.

My health is not the best I am a diabetic and have no feeling in my legs and feet. in fact, sometimes I worry that I am a real pain. however, neither doctor nor his staff has ever given me the impression that I am. They have shown me nothing but respect and real concern. I know that finances are a very difficult thing for anyone. I know that even personally I hate it, so I can't imagine having to do it every day. I have had to meet with the business manager and she was direct but not in a disrespectful or harsh accusing manner. No one is perfect and I would be the first to say I have done insurance billing and even though I would check and double check my work and still I would get a call or the claim would come back. Sometimes even worse the patient would call or even worse yet come in so angry because the insurance led them to think that the doctor's office messed up and now they may have to pay their bill. So I can really have empathy when it comes to being on the finance part. Were ther times that I maybe put in a wrong ICD9 code, yes and when it was brought to my attention I apologized and told them that I would take care of it and thanked them for bringing it to my attention. I really hated it when I tried to be patient and the pateint was so mad that it was so hard to keep my mind from just hearing the yelling and listen to them. I would feel like a kid when their parents scream, gee maybe that is why ear phones were made for phones. makes it much easier to tune out. I guess that is why when I get a nice financial manager in a doctor's office or anywhere I let my breath out that I had been holding since I got out of my car. If I had to call, that saying oh God don't let them answer. I can say I have never gotten this feeling from any of the staff, concerning bills or co-pays. That was my experience and I am sorry that anyone should have had a bad experience cloud the expert care from an expert doctor like Dr. Thomas Paulich. I guess what I am trying to say is go make your own impression. I will never be sorry I am seeing him. His Staff that in my opinion would be a five star; if they were a hotel, are tops.
