My ring had been smashed, a diamond was chipped and out of the setting and it was very badly bent. I had taken it to a jeweler in Nashville, IN who refused to even attempt to fix it. When I walked in to the store, I was greeted by Tom. After inspecting the ring he was very honest and took the time to explain to me why the repair would be difficult but told me they would give it a try. It only took them one week to completely repair my ring and have it looking brand new. I was also very happy at the reasonable cost of the repair. Hoosier Jewelry will be the only place I take any repairs from now on. It will also be the first place I shop for anything new. The staff are so kind and knowledgeable and their pieces are beautiful. My fiancé called and asked if I could come in to have it resized. They told him absolutely and remembered who he was. He was very impressed that they remembered. They told him I should have it back by Friday. When I arrived and said who I was, they were like ah your fiancé just called.
