I was slightly nervous because a few of the reviews for other jewelers in town talked about being miss treated for having something not worth a lot of value or getting their ring botched. I called Graham brothers jewelers to see if they had time before they closed and they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel the most comfortable I think I've ever felt when getting some type of service. They asked me questions about myself and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I felt like part of the family even though I was only there for a very short time. I picked up my ring a couple minutes ago and it looks incredible you can't even see where they resized it. They also sent me home with a little goodie bag. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so welcome and doing such an amazing job with an incredibly fast turnaround. They have mine and my family's business forever! Just incredible!

I had my own setting and diamond, went in and found two bands I bought them and after keeping my…read morering about 2 weeks I went to pick it up, keeping in mind all they were doing was soldering the two bands to my original ring. I picked it up and wanted to cry I was so sick! It looked like I bought it at the flea market and was fake and shined up. The original ring I took in was valued at $15,000 and now looked like I found it on sale at Dillard's 75% off they immediately wanted me to just return the rings and give me my original back and we all know it wouldn't ever been the same expecially seeing the work their jewelry guy does. The warranty covered it and they offered to fix the air bubbles in the solder but couldn't do anything about the visible to the eye crookedness. I was told no two rings are alike they won't ever line up! So half of the side diamonds are visible and half are not. I took the ring to several other places and a family member who is in jewelry and was told the work was just very poor quality and the businesses I did go to said they would NEVER let a piece go like that. The manager didn't care at all all he wanted was to give us the money back so samuels didn't have a bad name. So here I am stuck with the bands I want a jeweler who can't fix the set properly and a now a $20000 ring that looks like crap and I can't have a real jeweler fix them properly or it will void my warranty! So I guess I won't be wearing my ring anymore since even my kids 12yrs old noticed the defects and hadn't heard anything about it. I just showed them when I got in the car and immediately was asked why they are crookedly set?! Quality of jewelry may be ok but the jeweler absolutely run don't walk he will ruin anything he touches.they honestly don't even deserve a star at all! Plus the employees go on a post and say I'm airing out dirty laundry on fb when Infact I was stating my horrible experience on a business page and before I saw it he apparently posted and removed his backlash comments to cover himself then said he was trying to defend the store and wanted me to come back in to waste more time when the very unprofessional manager had already given me my options on my now worthless ring! Not trustworthy! Lie and make drama!…read more I checked out store to purchase a few items. Decided to purchase two. One item was a ceramic plate with ceramic fruit, for a table centerpiece. Mac said it $40 and so I accepted without asking for a lower price. (The item didn't have a price tag on it.) Then I saw a picture with a white cat hanging on the wall, and asked the price for that - since there wasn't a price tag, again. Mac said $16, I offered $10. Mac said yes. I then went to check out and Mac said that credit card machines weren't working. Being understanding, I asked if he would hold my items until he could get the credit card machine to work. He said yes!! NOT WHAT HE DID!!! Instead he texted me, two days later, telling me that my boyfriend could come in and buy the items but when my boyfriend showed up, less than an hour later, he said that he couldn't ring the items up. Additionally, for the first time, he said that a customer "broke" the cat picture... made up a huge story about how the frame and glass broke... and it destroyed the picture.... and then increased the price of the ceramic fruit! WHAT??????? Too many other consignment shops around town to have two days wasted with Mac lying and having me wait, going back and forth on texts telling me I can now come in to purchase, only to realize when my boyfriend arrived that he sold item (lying about a customer breaking it - and not having any of it to show), and then increasing the price of another item... AND saying that his boss wasn't available so he couldn't run the credit card... even though he is the one that gave the green light to come in and have his boss run the card. NOT WORTH THE DRAMA. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!

My collecting habits are not normal. I don't care about MS this or brilliant cameo that; I just want (for examole) a three cent piece that is readable enough to pass around at family dinner. They have never pressured me to spend more. I was assembling a small group of coins for a church project; they helped me find exactly the right coins and even GAVE me a modern Israeli coin to add to the mix. Sure, it probably wasn't worth more than a dollar but they KNEW it would fit into the project perfectly.
