I personally did not hire JRD for landscaping & tree service but had a bad experience when they…read morewere hired to cut my neighbor's trees. On May 9, 2023, when JRD cut my neighbor's tree, they neglectedly dropped the branches of the trees onto my yard, onto my lilac and hydrangeas. When I first saw that happened, I came talk to the team for them to be mindful that I had several plants in that area and please do not drop broken trees on top of my plants. Noted I was not notified in advance this was happening nor there was my permission at all for all of this to happen on my property. As a result, several of my hydrangeas were broken to over half of their size, and same as the lilac. It is now 1/3 of the size of its twin sister on the other side of my house. I am now questioning my rights on my possessions located inside my own property! I contacted the owner right then and he said would have my plants replaced. Today, over a month after I contacted him, I never had any plant replaced and he did not respond after several follow up.

As a first time homeowner in the area, I'm starting to become a bit of a regular at Seoane's. I've…read morepurchased everything from Christmas trees to all of the shrubs and perennials in my front yard. The plants are always high quality and they have such a great selection, but it can be pricey compared to other nurseries in the area. During the Spring and Summer they have a sprawling selection of plants, trees, and shrubs, I could (and have) spent hours browsing through them all. The staff is always really nice and you get the vibe that they're genuinely interested in your project and happy to give recommendations. In addition to the actual plants, they have landscaping services, lots of gardening supplies, and even decorative items and gifts. I haven't participated in anything just yet, but they even host all kinds of events and classes throughout the year. Overall, I'm super happy to have such a fun community spot nearby. They only lost a star for me because of the high prices, but as long as the plants keep doing so well I'll keep coming back anyways :)

Every time I go no one says good morning or good afternoon. No one greets me. So I wander the whole place looking for inspiration with my huge garden that i have yet to figure out. I buy things here and there, I even have an account. They only reason why I gave three stars instead of two was because two gentlemen on two separate occasions were so helpful helping me look for plants for the front of the house for hedging and for beautiful blooms for lilacs. I really wanna like this place but maybe I'm not the target customer which is sad cause I live in the area.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Our pool…read moreand patio area was completely done over this summer with the landscaping and masonry work done by the hard-working and talented Needle Brothers crew. One of the owner/brothers, Bryan Needle, was our main contact. He is a great guy with a lot of design talent. He helped us pull together our half-formed vision into a cohesive and beautiful whole. He was also integral when it came to planning for new flowers and greenery areas. His ideas took us from nice to absolutely gorgeous. They also rebuilt the steps and walkway to the entryway to our house as well as the walkway and steps to a side door. All of it, beautifully done and in keeping with what we did in the pool/patio area. Patrick Wilhelm was our day-to-day contact...I don't know his exact title but I have referred to him as our project manager. He came by regularly to check on the work crew (who were amazing) and was extremely available to us any time we texted or called. Like Bryan, Patrick is talented, patient and with great ideas and suggestions. Patrick was integral in helping us visual the final result. When you are looking at just a big bunch of dirt surrounding a half-finished pool, it can be hard to imagine just what it will all eventually look like. Patrick was a godsend with all that. We had Needle Brothers remove everything except the inground pool. Virtually everything in this area was razed and we started from scratch with landscaping, masonry, lighting and fencing. They also rebuilt the steps and the entryway walk to our house as well as the walkway and steps to a side door. These areas were beautifully done and in coordination with the look in the pool/patio area. In conjunction with the pool company (the inground pool had to be rebuilt) by a separate company) Needle Brothers fashioned a resort-like area for us to enjoy for years to come. I still can't believe how great it all looks every time I'm out there. Going forward, we plan to use Needle Brothers for our ongoing yard/garden maintenance. The crew we had was unbelievably hardworking...these men worked diligently often 6 days a week. If something wasn't quite right, it was redone. Don't hesitate to call Bryan to come over to take a look at what you'd like done. He will offer ideas and suggestions that complement your vision. He will give you an estimate that in my opinion will be fair. If I could give Needle Brothers and the entire crew more stars than 5, I would.

Patrick, the salesman/estimator was very good to deal with, communicative, and very careful, to make sure that details and expectations were understood, and even then the job came out looking better than I expected. Once they started the job the two hardest working guys I have ever seen in my life excavated it, installed the retaining wall, then installed the PVC fence, in just three days. They were amazing.
