As a result, the moisture has been vented into my attic and not outside my house for several years, of course, past any kind of guarantee! When I contacted the company, I did not get a response back for several weeks. When I called them back all I got was no time frame when the owner would call me back. I guess once the job is done there is no interest in helping the customer! I was not looking for a free fix, I was willing to pay for it to be corrected. My advice is to double check any work someone does in your attic, shortly after the work is completed because more often than not they know that you are not going to go up there to see what they did. Poor customer service. It has been 3 months and I have still not received a call! Time to find a better electrician at a different company.
