You can eat, drink, and play golf - you can do it all or you can do just one. However, if you plan on playing golf / using a simulator bay, you should call or go online and make a reservation. It gets busy there. I love that they have seasonal cocktails. They had some special ones for st Patrick's day. They also have happy hour M-F from 2-6pm. I booked a bay, it charges per 30 min. The hour was $65. I had one cocktail. I got a briefing on the system and I was on my way to playing a very difficult golf course in South Korea. They have club upgrades but I stuck with the standard bag. I had a great time. Next time I will choose an easier golf course! Also, I believe the server calculates their tip not only on what you buy but also your bay time. So I'll review my check a little closer next time. The sell golf gloves if you need one/forgot yours. There is a small parking lot next to the building or you can park on the street or garage nearby. Bathrooms are on all levels. Fun place. I'll be back.

I received an email from Railside Golf Club for a "Burger Wednesday" special. We figured, "why not" and drove across town to try a new restaurant for us. We were quickly seated at a table with a nice view of the golf course. Our drink orders were quickly taken and we ordered our burgers-medium rare as always. Our lunches arrived a few minutes later and well done would have been an under characterization of how much these burgers were cooked. They certainly didn't taste any better. My "plain" burger was loaded with onions and lettuce that I had to pick off. No attention to detail. Also To be fair, if I was at a friends BBQ and was served a burger of this calibre, I would say nothing and simply enjoy the time with friends. At a restaurant however, this is unacceptable. Halfway through our lunch, our server asked how everything was and offered to remake everything. We declined just wanting to finish and leave. Two positives, our drinks were quickly refilled and the view was nice. I think I learned something here-don't chase deals. I would have gladly paid much more for a perfectly cooked burger.

Front 9 was in fairly decent condition, fairway and greens were fine, however bunkers had rocks in them throughout the course. On the back 9, though, the greens were terrible; bare spots, uneven terrain, sometimes even a quarter of the green just didn't have grass and was just dirt. Clubhouse is nice, decent food options, and the pro shop has most of what you need to play a round. Overall for $60 it's not bad, however if you play during peak hours you'll want to weigh the course conditions vs the quality of the layout and decide if it's worth the money.

I did not have the proper fitting clubs for my grandson. I went into the clubhouse and Todd gave me a couple of clubs that he had in the back to use.
