This is the second time in my lifetime to go to a chiropractor. As my work is very physically challenging it's working inline with my aging and this place was a great choice. Office is bright and clean. Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr Kaufman is personable asking several questions regarding what is bothering me. Preformed his explanation and confirmed that yes I had some misalignments in those areas. He was able to do several adjustments and then has me relax on a vibrating table with a heating pad. You can tell Dr Kaufman cares about his patience and wants to do his best to help you become pain free. I feel so relaxed and can even feel the difference sitting the seat of my car. read more

I've coming this place almost a month by my wife's recommendation. I was having a lightly pain on my lower back and around the neck. I felt a bit better after getting an adjustment here and also trying to follow his recommendations which I need to change my normal life routine in order to fix my back. I was referred by Kaiser to a number of chiropractors in my area and selected Dr. Kaufman based on his YELP reviews. But arriving at his office, I was astouneded to discover there were NO COVID PROTOCOLS in place whatsoever. When I arrived at the office, the first thing I encountered was overhearing his receptionist/secretary explaining to another patient how uncomfortable she was wearing a mask. The other patients in the waiting room were wearing no masks. In my community, most of the surround cities and counties have reinstated mask requirements indoors due to the DELTA variant. In every medical facility, there has been strict adherence to minimal protocls - masking in public areas (waiting rooms) and social distancing. I think this lack of commitment to his patient's health is an indication that Dr. Kaufman is not a reliable provide of health care during this critical time, no matter how expert his manipulations. I was disgusted at his irresponsibility and lack of community concern, to put it bluntly. I would prefer that he were not practicing in my community! read more

Upon arriving there were no one to greet me. Once she came out I told her my hsabnad was the one to refer me. She then asked for my insurance card. I explained I came from the gym and didnt have it on me but i do have my ID and knew my MRN.She was very rude and condescending. Her response was how do I expect care without my insurance card. She then wanted me get a copy from Kaiser app and take a screen shot which I explained to her Kaiser app does not allow screen shots. Having to pull it up and showing her proof I can't do screen shot she then takes my phone to the copier which she should've just done in the beginning. The chiropractor himself was ok. Quick history and asked my problems which was occasional back pain. He did quick adjustment then laid on vibrating mat for 5 mins and I was done. I will not be back. read more

Not only does Dr. Kaufman have the best rates in the area, but his adjustments are some of the best I have ever received. He always gives me the snap,crackle, pop that I need to keep me going and does not force his clients into those damn treatment plans other offices are always trying to jam down your throat. Over the years I have been to multiple chiropractors, most of whom have been a disappointment. I was extremely surprised and impressed by Dr. Kaufman. He is very professional and exhibits a very high standard and understanding of his trade. I'm primarily responding to the individual who assaulted Dr. Kaufman with slanderous remarks re COVID-19 protocols. At the onset of the virus, Dr. Kaufman and his staff took the virus and protocols very seriously. Masks were mandatory along with social distancing, the temperature of every person entering was taken and the use of hand sanitizer, which was provided. When the mask mandates were lifted, hand sanitizer continued to be supplied and social distancing encouraged. Although the receptionist was not using the mask 100% of the time (after the mandate was lifted) Dr. Kaufman was and still is. This person looked in the office, made a snap decision based on no facts and attacked a very good conscientious doctor. This is a shame read more

Last year I got pretty bad and I couldn't walk. The doctor at kaiser kept insisting I go to a physical therapists, I went for many many months with no results or change. They said I did not need a chiropractor! How wrong were they! My friend finally suggested I go to Dr. Kaufman. The first time I went I was instantly better and could WALK! Wow. Wow! WOW! I came in to see Dr. Gregory Kaufman about a year ago with horrible chronic pain. I could not be any happier with him and the services he provides. I was a bit overwhelmed at first in picking out a chiropractor given there are numerous ones throughout the Benicia/Vallejo area. But I feel Dr. Kaufman is as good as it gets. And his price is extremely reasonable too. Dr. Kaufman takes the time to listen to you and every worry or pain you might have. He gets to know you on a personal level allowing you to feel comfortable and safe with him. The results aren't instant, you have to keep coming back according to the schedule he puts you on. But over time his adjustments allow your body to heal and function properly. Today I am pretty much completely pain free and am so thankful to have found Dr. Kaufman. read more

I've been going to Dr. Kaufman for a few years now when they were at their old office on Columbus. Now they are on Rose Drive. He's always so personable and friendly. I love the feel of their office it's calming & relaxing. It has a beachy feel to it. I also LOVE their fish tank. I keep forgetting to ask where he got it. I also love that I can just call and ask if he has an opening and I can always get in. You can make appointments too, but I have an odd schedule, so spur of the moment is best for me. Anyway, he does a great job on my back. I work with patients all day and being I sit a lot, my back gets misaligned. I always leave there feeling much relief. He also has a masseuse there that you can make an appointment with. I have yet to try her. However, I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman, he's well adjusted! ;) read more

Ok. When I was 16, I got a stress fracture in my back. Compressed some vertebrae in a car accident. Played football. Ride a MC. Have terrible posture. Writer, so I'm in front of a computer all day. I put up with pain for over half my life. Then, my neck wouldn't turn, and I decided to see if Chiropractic assistance would do anything. I was skeptical and in pain. After my FIRST visit, my neck was better AND my back, my knees, my posture...my MOOD...everything felt better. I can literally feel that my posture is different now. I'm not a real 'magic healing crystals' kind of guy, but THAT IS NOT WHAT THIS PLACE IS ABOUT. No one tried to make me wear patchouli or drink special kool aide. I pre-judged Chiropractors, and I shouldn't have. Yelp led me to Kaufman Chiropractic. That and pain. I have never reviewed anything on yelp (although I've said I would...I suck), but I just have to give this man props. Just got back from my second adjustment. Feel great. Bonus: the office is clean, cool, and the tunes are good. I'm not a shill, but I do like to pass on good things and support my community. Kaufman Chiropractic helped me immensely. If you are like I was for 20 years ("I can take the pain, whatever, plus...snake oil?"), let me assure you that it WORKS. They take my insurance. The office is nice. And I feel better.
