She was genuinely interested in my overall health and went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. It's hard to switch doctors but she made me feel comfortable and I'm glad she's part of this practice. This medical group has always been great about calling me back and getting me in the office ASAP when I'm sick. They have late evening appointments which work great with my schedule. I highly recommend them for anyone who's looking for a general physician in the Northeast!

I was told to follow up w my primary doctor which I did not have at the time. I scheduled an appointment w Dr. Johnson provided her the ER paperwork n RX bottle she refused to assist me with my panic attacks. She was brief w my medical history and showed lack of concern. I scheduled an appointment with a Psych two weeks later. During that period I suffered massive panic attacks and was completely miserable. The office would not help me and referred me back to the ER. Now I am stuck with a $200 ER bill for a diagnosis that could have been treated by Dr. Johnson and the office. My husband passed away and I was given insurance through the VA due to my husband being disabled at the time of his passing. It took me 3 months to acquire the insurance however they made the date retroactive to the date my husband passed. Between this time I had been to this practice once. I explained to them the situation and was told that they did not take this insurance. I had to go through finding a new provider and changing doctors only to get an explanation of benefits from my new insurance stating they paid them in full. I then find them listed on the CHAMPVA website as one of their providers! So the lady either blatantly lied to me or she had no idea what she was talking about and how to do her job. Needless to say this pissed me off. This biller needs to go through the training process again and learn how to do her job.

Across 2 visits and 4 phone calls, she regularly interrupted me, told me I was wrong, and made me feel unwelcome. I'm 36, and this is honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The good news is that Dr. Zonshayn has an excellent bedside manner, is clearly an expert in his field, and he gave me a cortisone shot that helped ease my pain. Most of the time, if I need to get any tests like x-rays, mammograms etc. I would go to Elkins Park. This particular test was not done there so I chose Einstein Center One. They offer services for primary care and specialty doctors located in Northeast Philadelphia. It was easy to find and had plenty of free parking. Security was friendly, helping me find my way. I had pre registered on line, so checking in was seamless. I didn't have to wait but about 10 minutes and was called in for my study. The technician was friendly and made me feel at ease. I was out and on my way in least than a hour. I would definitely go back to the location and highly recommend it.
