His attitude was nasty and I was only there to be cleared for surgery which he didn't do well. What a scam it was and my insurance was billed for a medical exam that never happened and for his incompetence. I felt like I was scammed.

Then he became confused, yelling at me for asking questions not going over testing he did. He falsified my Records to protect himself. All I wanted was my record to be accurate for continuity of care, switching to another cardiologist, but he refused and started fabricating other stories.. CCP has backed him in violating every one of our HIPPA rights. was trying to get my records from them l . The executive Director Peter Janelle went to the extreme of lying to the Attorney General's office, trying to intervene for me. I did not hire I did not want to sue them. I just wanted my records to be accurate for continuity of care. He would order unnecessary testing, ignore signs and symptoms and put my health and possibly my life at risk. The staff in the front are amazing. They're always pleasant do anything you ask them to do. They'll take the time. Staff in the back scheduling are a little standoffish. Trying to communicate with your doctor is a long trying process either it was the doctor I had or the staff I'm not sure. The portal was useless. I would click to open documents of appointments and they would all just be encrypted zzzzzzz. Because CCP did support him and violated all of my rights under HIPPA. Dr Podolsky dismissed me as a patient just before they joined forces with Logistics. Dr P. Wanted my records closed before this. I definitely would not trust the management team who covered for him and would not respond to any of my calls, messages or letters. This could have and still could turn into a large malpractice suit, but that's not what I'm after. I just want my to be accurate for the next doctors I go to. That is so vital in order to get appropriate continuity of care. I know there's plenty of wonderful honest patient oriented cardiologist there but you never know . I recommend always reading your record. You'll be shocked at what is documented compared to your Chief Complaint and office visit. Stay safe ... You only have one heart. Retired Cardiology Nuse

If you do not have patience ... you will end up not being a good patient nor a positive reviewer. That being said, we had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM in scheduling the cardiac testing for my daughter who has a developmental disability in addition to the current questions about her heart's health with Jefferson's team and they followed up the initial e-mail with a phone call verifying the information including the time at which we needed to arrive. From the very first stop along the day's journey all we received were smiles and professionalism mixed in with the right amount of personal interaction and conversation. Did my daughter have to wait in a hospital gown for more than an hour not knowing exactly when she was going in for her procedure, yes but staff regularly checked on her with smiles. They talked with my daughter always doing their best to calm her nerves and her fears. The American public needs to learn the word PATIENCE and put it into practice because impatience at times causes folks to miss the positive care providers are attempting to give. As we prepared to get the procedure done one by one of the "surgical" team came by to share information and to ask if we had any questions or perhaps even more importantly if we had any concerns. The anesthesiologist really calmed my daughter by showing her a scan of her arm. We obviously were not present for the procedure but before our daughter was awake the head of the team was sitting down with us to explain everything that went on. She even removed her scrubs providing a more personal feeling to the conversation (If she doesn't remove her scrubs for post operative conversations all the time, I would highly recommend it because with a sea of scrub covered humans it was nice to hear the report from a physician dressed like we were. It was a great touch!). Yes, we had to wait and wait and wait until our daughter's readings were acceptable. We were so ready to leave and our daughter wanted to get dressed. And, yes we were not in a comfy private room but what mattered were the smiles of the staff and their friendly quick chats with us about our daughter, about their work histories and their families, and just about life. That's the way it should be! It would be so wonderful if no one needed cardiac care but if you are in Philly or South Jersey or the Delaware Valley our experiences tell us that Jefferson is the place to go!! A definite FIVE STAR review!!!

If it wasn't for my mother's health, I would walk out. I understand with everything going on in this world, every where is backed up. But please don't set an appointment for someone to make them wait over an hour. I questioned the receptionist at about 11:30, just for them to tell me there is one more person in front of us. I don't understand how scheduling at this facility work. I work in the service industry, this is ridiculous
