Last Lyft to/from IAH was right at $100 each way (not Black service) or $200+tip. Return ride for me, late in the evening and had to wait 30 mins to finally get picked up. Lots of frustration. With AWR, it's a bit more expensive, but door to door service and guaranteed to be there. What is peace of mind worth. Great cars. This trip, very new Mercedes electric. Nice. Way nicer than Black Service from the other two. Easy to schedule online a day out or weeks out.

I informed a representative that I intended to update it by the end of the weekend, but despite this, I was met with unprofessional and increasingly aggressive behavior.
