I'm going to make them pay my copay since they canceled on me within less than 24 hours. As they charge a cancelation fee for patients. We'll see if it's going to be a fight with Andy their "office manager".

I have been going to this location for years now. Overall good experience. But I must write about…read moreone specific nurse practitioner who has given me and my sister many issues. I had a bad experience with her a few years ago and never went back to her. My sister had a bad experience with her today. Her name is Recarda Dankyi. When I say I have never experienced such incompetence before, I mean it. I have fibromyalgia. It causes terrible widespread pain. I went to her a couple of times explaining that my back was in excruciating pain, my chest hurt, my whole body kept hurting. She checks me over, does tests that dont cover fibromyalgia and says to stretch. I leave. I come back again. Same issues. Her response is we have already done the tests, so I dont know what more we can do. I personally give up. I guess ill just be in pain. I finally try again with a different doctor there and within minutes she has a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for me. Later I end up in the worst flare up I have ever had. Literally cannot move. If I knew I was getting her again I would have canceled it. When the online call connected and I saw her face my heart dropped. For the entire call she had a condescending tone with me and even mentioned the fact that I had fibromyalgia like it wasn't right. It was as if she was upset that I got diagnosed properly and she couldnt figure it out. Nothing came of the call. I asked her frustrated, is there anything you can give me for pain? Or a muscle relaxer? Anything? She responded annoyed. I guess I can look. As if its not her job. By the end of the call I was boiling and near tears. Fast forward to now. My sister goes to her (not knowing my history with her) for back pain. She wanted to get help and treatment for her pain. She has a history of scoliosis. Recarda when asked by my sister if she had any treatments or exercises, literally anything to help, told her to look on youtube. I have no idea how this woman became a nurse practitioner. I have no idea how she passed the tests or let alone passed for empathy. She is someone who thinks she is above it all. And when it comes down to the serious things, she doesnt have the answers. If you ever come here, avoid Recarda Dankyi at all costs!

I love this place because it's both a mini clinic and an urgent care it's like going to a mini hospital where is a one stop shop you wait less than 30 minutes to get seen by your doctor whether you're going for the urgent care or you're going for your medical check ups on the doctor side doctor patient side... The CCA 's are phenomenal and very well trained there's another young lady that particular sticks out CCA Miosoty Gutierrez is Exceptionally knowledgeable in the department and goes above and beyond to greet you and make sure she gets a clear understanding of what you're being diagnosed for so she can clearly take it back to the doctor upon diagnosing you and treating you. Let buy not least I have been here at Sanitas nautical center since it opened I was one of the first clients here I have sent several people to switch their insurance to Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas just so they can come to the Sellitti and deal with the staff and the doctors who if I could give them 10 stars I would give them to doctors who I adore who are exceptionally well equipped to handle any medical issues you have that stand out are Dr. Cindy Campos and Dr. Jillian Cheong If only all medical centers and facilities could be run like this this is a first class establishment super clean well-kept not a hostile environment it makes you feel relaxed coming here this is the type of team I would put together I would call this team the dream team between the staff and the medical assistance and the doctors this makes for a pleasurable experience when you're in need I need to see the doctor they are there to comfort you well done Sanitas bravo......

She takes her time to explain everything in detail. Her bed side manners are the best I've ever seen by a doctor. Her staff is also extremely courteous. I waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby before they put me in a room. It's been so long since I've been at a doctors office that's promptly with your scheduled appointment time. If you are looking for a PCP see is definitely the one to choose.

He came upstairs and plugged my charger in the outlet just in 3 seconds! Lacy Levest was looking at me and the other security guard and said that's not his job to plug someone charger in the outlet! Oh my God I don't know what to say anymore! And there a lady, came and pointed to my face and said I was rude to him! I was like...did you actually see the whole situation? You only see the part when I was upset!!! And she sit down with other lady and start talking about me and they both said something about me and laughed together! That was really bullying and it really messed me up! That was not the end! I was waiting in the doctor's room for so long and open the door and came out and found Lacy gossiping with a nurse in stead of working! And I saw in my own eyes the nurse looked and me and said "oh that's her"! I was like wow so now Lacy was going around in the back and gossiping about me instead of working his job! All the staff is super kind and as helpful as could be. I purposely chose here for the Dr. The orthopedic surgeon was quick and straightforward about options and recovery. Dr even got us in on their non surgery day as there were complications that needed urgency with scheduling. The only down fall is it was very loud, they were undergoing construction. It's renovations, had to happen to stay up to date! Lastly the food was terrible unfortunately. I have had better hospital food. Other than that the care is what was important. The smell of urine on all the toilet seats in the restroom was so strong that I thought I was going to become ill if I stayed in the restroom a second longer. The restroom was so unsanitary, I would have rather leave to use the restroom at a gas station. Since I didn't have the time to leave, I decided I wait to use the restroom in my doctor's office.
