We cleaned the place as best we could knowing the carpets would need to be replaced among other things. Well, we got charged for the month of November then they decided to over charge for simple things that would have needed to be replaced regardless. Not to mention a person had passed away with water running in the unit next to her and caused water damage to her lower restroom which the previous owning group did not bother to replace when asked so we got charged $800 for that as well.
