I reached out last week to get my house cleaned prior to putting it on the market. My house isn't…read moreterribly dirty to begin with, but I have two kids, dogs, and a full time job. Originally they were supposed to come Thursday morning at 11am so my Realtor could take photos Thursday night. I got a message at 11:15 saying they would arrive at 12:30. Then she cancelled stating she was too busy. I cancelled photos with my realtor. She asked if Saturday would be fine, which is fine. They asked if they could arrive 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, then showed up late. I just wanted help with some deep cleaning. My counters are still dirty, my microwave wasn't even touched. So now I have to go back and clean again. I don't know why I even spent $200 on this. I could have just gotten a nanny and done it myself. The grout in the master shower also wasn't done. I basically just paid $200 for someone to vacuum, clean my toilets, and mop my floors. UPDATE. I think it is highly unprofessional to call out a client for things they "did wrong". I closed certain doors and told the gentleman who walked through not to touch those rooms. Then those rooms were gone into anyway. One of my children's bedrooms was not cleaned at all because he was napping. So this is incorrect. I had 3 bedrooms vacuumed, two of them I had requested they stay out of. Nothing in those rooms was cleaned, only vacuumed. Beds were not made/cleaned. Only vacuumed. If that is a "deep cleaning" my apologies, I must not know the definition of a deep clean. I also told them to leave my half bath alone which she went into anyway. My master bathroom was hardly cleaned aside from the toilet. The woman who did the cleaning pushed her way angrily back into my home after finding out I left a negative review shortly after she had left. Also; nothing against her, she didn't speak the best english, but gesturing at someone in a hostile manner and pushing their way into your home is very unprofessional. She also spent 2 hours on my porch smoking after she finishing "cleaning" while she waited for a ride. She also dumped all of the cleaning products used on our floors down the storm drain outside the house. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

Many many more places that got missed. I do not recommend this company to anyone, will definitely never hire them again. Also they tried to reschedule on the same day of the service so I told them I don't want to reschedule, that's why they said they sent a second crew, not their main one, trying to blame it on me because I did not want to reschedule what was already set after all this happened. Their quote is similar or even higher than other quotes that I got, so my trust was put in a wrong place. Please see a few pics here after they were done cleaning. Be ware to take pics before and after so you can compare because they will not be responsible when they caused damages.

The ladies were friendly, came with all their supplies, worked hard, and got the place looking better than the other company I had hired to clean before we moved in. I reached out for another cleaning as I was coming to visit my father and wanted a deep cleaning of his place including dusting because my daughter has an allergy to dust. The quote they gave was for close to 4 hours. My father had to leave so he left them to work alone, they ended up taking an 1.5 hours. I was surprised but figured they may have just been that efficient. When I got there a couple days later, my wife and I were shocked how poorly the place was cleaned. First, the flooring was sticky as we were walking on it, his kitchen mat was dirty (very low maintenance and could've been easily cleaned with a wipe down), kitchen sink wasn't cleaned well, I hit a spider web, dust in multiple areas, dirt on the floor boards, prints on kitchen cabinet face etc....... Just to name a few. I honestly couldn't believe it because I emphasized my daughter has a dust allergy and that I needed a deep cleaning. I messaged them and they offered to come back out "free of charge" because apparently people charge for coming back for deficient work........But I opted to skip that and do the deep cleaning myself, as I no longer had faith in their skill set. I will no longer use this company in the future and do not recommend them.

Working with Andrea to get the details of housecleaning was simple, to the point, and worked well with my schedule (email!). Little details in how she worked with me gave me confidence in knowing this wouldn't be a painful exchange (we met at Starbucks to do the initial key exchange, for instance). Cleaning day came, and I received a call from Andrea commenting that the place looked fantastic, but there were some dings on the wall that she would recommend fixing. I knew this prior to her services, but hadn't been able to find a suitable person to do the work - I asked her for a recommendation, and she gave me a call back shortly after with someone. After some back and forth related to what I wanted done (wall dings, carpet cleaning, etc.), Andrea proceeded to become the equivalent of a general contractor. The amount of time that saved me was substantial, and it was incredibly easy to continue working with her through this time. Billing consisted of her taking my credit card information, and charging it. No fuss, nothing to mail in. If you need your house cleaned, look to King & Queen!

I am always appreciative of their help, tip, etc. Recently in the last year, their attention to detail has slipped. They weren't dusting areas, missed vacuuming areas, not mopping, and when cleaning the toilets, they would only do so partially. I brought it up to the owner of the company, who said they would pay more attention and do the full regular cleaning checklist going forward. To my surprise, at the next visit, the same issues persisted. This time I sent photos to the owner, who had requested them. She then sent the team back to fix the areas of concern, which was great and unexpected. I just wanted them to address these areas at their next regular visit. I'm grateful to Zulma and her team!

However, a business is only as good as its weakest link, and there is a very apparent gap between management and the "front line". I was on a weekly, 90-minute clean for the first two months and then transitioned to a 2 hour clean every other week. Silver and Caesar (the owner's daughter and son-in-law) were assigned to our house, and to be honest, from the very first clean my wife was not impressed, but we decided to stick with it due to all of the positive Yelp reviews. I recently cancelled the services due to a discovery I made while being on vacation. Our home security system tracks all movement and activity within our home and our smart lock allows us to see all entry and exit. I noticed that the cleaners were at my house for a total of 63 minutes for our routine "2 hour" clean. Once again, in reaching out to the owner, she was really responsive and I could tell that she was disappointed in her staff, but unfortunately, this was our last straw.
