Disappointing experience -- felt unheard and dismissed I saw Dr. Katrina Haslett for my prenatal care and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I felt that she was not open to discussing my preferences or questions about my delivery plan. When I tried to talk about options like delayed cord clamping or avoiding unnecessary interventions, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to listen. It often felt like my concerns weren't valued, which made me feel dismissed and unimportant during a very vulnerable time. I hope she can become more receptive to patient input in the future, but I would recommend that new mothers look for a provider who is more collaborative and respectful of their birth choices read more

I would recommend anyone but HER. She's rude, inconsiderate, selfish and not good at her job. She makes you feel like your questions and concerns aren't important and makes you feel inferior. She was drunk the night I went into labor and didn't show up after the nurses called her over and over. Then continued to talk about her giant party during my c-section. Made no apologizes or anything. Her office team is the worst as well. Go to anyone but her. read more

What happened to good old medicine? Now I see why this place has a two star! Bring your toilet paper, disinfecting wipes and,pen. Don't say I did didn't warn you.! This is my first and last time here. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. This is what I walked into, If their bathrooms are this disgusting at this time of the morning, I could just imagine the operatory rooms. No toilet paper, the floors look like they haven't been cleaned in day, the pens you write your name on the cups are in a little basket just on top where cups sit on the floor. I could just imagine how many people pee on the cup, then get the pen write their name and place it right back into that basket without them being cleaned. I wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. Run for the hills! This place is disgusting. Don't let the waiting room deceive you! That's the only clean area. I seen Dr. DeGross, She was very unprofessional, very poor quality care. I waited longer in the waiting room than my actual visit itself. Went searching for a new OB about a month ago as mine moved. Called a bunch of places in the area and was able to get an appointment at this office for a month out. Their automated confirmation called me this past Friday after 6pm and left me a voicemail where i thought the address said "new location at 5387 S Rainbow" for a different time than I had even booked. My appointment was supposed to be for 9am and they changed it to 1:30pm without telling me or asking me, but I moved everything around to accomodate it as my insurance is up on January 31 and NEEDED to attend this appointment, which I've waited a month for. Driving around searching for 5387 (which doesn't exist?) I called their office at 1:10pm asking for clarification of the address. They said it's 538ZERO. Told her I was right across the street and would be right there. She said I would need to reschedule so i pleaded with her explaining that my insurance is expiring on 1/31. On hold as she asked someone else for approval, I arrived to their office by 1:15pm. They still refused to allow me to check in for my 1:30 appointment, stating that the doctor said "no." The receptionist said she would get in trouble if she allowed me to be seen. No one was in the waiting room. I waited a month to be seen, was 15 minutes early, and they said I was "late." Completely unprofessional doctor. Dr. haslett is extremely rude, I've been going here my entire pregnancy just to finally meet and her not to respect my wishes during labor and constantly be in a rush to leave? I was told originally she wouldn't be able to make it to the labor and she ended up showing up just to ruin the night. From the moment she walked in constant eye rolls, no interest in being there, and I did not appreciate her attitude. If she didn't want to be there she should've stayed home. Nothing more annoying than going through labor and your doctor walks in with a rush to get to their vacation. I couldn't care less where you have to go, or what you have to do. Absolutely no professionalism with that one. She had plans, that's fine, don't rush me in order to make yourself happy. Constantly telling me what I can and cannot do, and how I had to do things. I would've preferred a random OB I've never met than the OB I saw twice during pregnancy. Never again. I trusted to go to this office and I wish I would've looked into it more. Absolutely regret that decision, worst doctor I could've gone to. After birth I received texts from the office scheduling me in for appointments without prior call to schedule? Constantly trying to call and can hardly never get a hold of front desk. Over all terrible, Nicole the nurse practitioner is the only one worth seeing, such a gem. The entire office team is sweet!! They made me feel safe and comfortable with everything. I really do appreciate how serious they are when it comes to COVID and that the patients are the only ones allowed. I also love the fact that they have men wait in the hallway for safety reasons (COVID)I have read that some disagree but it is a women's place and not a mans. They allow significant others for ultrasounds and I respect that! I am definitely glad that I switched locations bc the last WHASN I was at was rude. The 2 front ladies are so helpful, especially Sabrina (the thick tattooed lady) . The ladies in the back were also very friendly... I could tell they were smiling even with a mask on!! It's smells great in there!! VERY CLEAN and the energy in the office is amazing. You can tell that these ladies really do love their job and look forward to helping us women. read more

Your same responses to dissatisfied visits of patients, and referencing to "make things better" is mute and lacking of professionalism and caring. Your first priority is the patient and their needs. Furthermore, the way the front office is conducted, the scheduling, and treatment of patients and their husband's is a complete shitshow. After serving several years in the U.S Marines, several deployments and understanding organized chaos...I get where a shitshow COULD develop. But, at an OBGYN office? Really? Sorry, 3 times now, never saw Katrina, no loss. I saw Nicole, I think Nicole was her name, she was nice! After that visit with the PA however everything else just went to hell. First off I went to them because I live really close by, walking distance. Made 2 appointments with Katrina Haslett she cancelled both ( we are talking possibly having cancer here ) ! First time I didn't find out until I arrived at her office, 2nd time they called The day before! Either or, it was better than the time before! Anyway, I see the PA , she refers me to some Endro & I had to keep calling them to find out if they'd sent the paperwork over, then called Haslett office, back n forth, including hold times, but they kept sending the cover sheet only...5 times. I finally gave up & went back to my PCP & got a referral from them. They really need to up their game. As for as Katrina Haslett, I've never met her but I wouldn't want my healthcare in her hands. After the experience I had today, I will no longer be returning to, nor will I recommend Katrina Haslett, MD or her office. I'm 4 months pregnant (high-risk pregnancy), I went in today for a check-up after experiencing some worrying symptoms over the last few days. I was at work and out of no where I began suffering extreme vision loss, I became faint and my hands/fingers went numb. This occurred over 30 minutes. Paramedics were called to my place of work, and I was taken tothe hospital. I informed Dr. Haslett's office of this, they said they would get the report from the hospital and we would review and check everything out when I came in today(the 14th) for my appointment. I get there, check in, and as I'm waiting, I'm called back up to the front desk. This is where they inform me there is $800 worth of services up to/including delivery not covered by my insurance, so I had to make 4 payments of $200. Although this caught me completely off guard (seeing that I have good insurance, my prenatal care is 100% covered and for my last delivery I had $0 out of pocket costs), I informed the assistant that I didn't have the $200 today, just the $40 I was expecting to pay for the copay. I was not given any advance notice of this fee, but stated once I got paid on the 20th (in SIX days) I would make my first payment no problem. Instead of working with me, the assistant IMMEDIATELY stated since I won't be able to pay, they are going to have to cancel my appointment today and reschedule all further appointments until I complete the payment. I again stated I can make the payment on the 20th no problem, but can I please be seen because of the extremely worrying issues I had experienced over the last two days??? Again I was told no, since I couldn't pay TODAY, they wouldn't see me. How does a medical professional, who has taken the Hippocratic oath, know the danger a patient is in, and REFUSE to see them because they can't pay $200 on the spot with no advance notice? It's not like I refused to pay, I didn't. I said I could make the payment in six days, but that didn't matter to Dr Haslett or her office. Being a POC I am extremely disappointed that this is my experience after picking Dr. Haslett specifically because I felt as a Dr that is also a POC, I would be safer in her hands. Don't go here by any means. They just want your money, and you're just a number. I had an anatomy scan and the technician could not see the baby's spine to finish her results so she told me I would have to come back to see it another day because she couldn't produce her final findings. When I returned I spoke with the front desk lady (Tina) saying it was a follow up on my prior anatomy scan and she made me pay another full payment just to check the baby's spine and not receive an ultrasound experience. I was in and out in 1 minute. They didn't even give me a picture, and I asked for measurements and they said that's not what I was there for. By the way every ultrasound I had here, the technician never turned the screen my way to view my baby because "it hurt her neck". All three ultrasounds- I didn't get to view my baby. I originally started for three months on a cash plan at this office. Every time I paid, sometimes I would pay in small bills from the tips I made from serving the night before, the front desk lady would make sarcastic remarks as to make me uncomfortable about paying in ones or fives. Then I got insurance; however my insurance ended up dropping after 3 months. I asked if I could continue on my original cash plan I started and the lady at the front desk (Tina) was so entirely rude. She said I had to pay $2700 right then, or leave with a notice that I was removed from care. I let her know I had only 8 more weeks and I would have new insurance, but she didn't care. She even told me they wouldn't credit any of my original cash payments because that's "just how it works", saying I'm starting all over because I no longer had my current insurance. She said she was going to give me a referral however did not. While speaking to me she spoke in a derogatory manner, slapping her hands and shrugging me off. I was so shocked by how this office treats women who are pregnant. I really thought going to a doctor while pregnant would be an enjoyable experience as a first time mother; however this office made my entire journey embarrassing, uncomfortable and really upsetting. read more

My review is only based on the front office. I had an appointment for 2:30pm, they said that's the latest for new patients. So I had to take a half day at work just to attend. I arrived early to fill out paperwork. I wasn't called to the window until 2:30pm, and then noticed a sign. It said wait times are from 1-2 hours before seeing the doc. Excuse me!?!?!? I asked if that's true, and the girl said yes. I immediately told her to cancel my appointment and she wanted to know why. I told her that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard about wait times. Why make an appointment? I was looking for a new OBGYN and wanted to give Dr haslett a chance however when I arrived their was quite a bit of wait once I was finally taken back to the room I was greeted by an assistant who didn't see to care about me and what was going on, I felt very rushed and the pep smear I received was the fastest I ever received in my entire life. I honestly felt very violated and will absolutely never return. There was no sense of compassion, willingness to learn more about patient or an inclination that she cared. I was a patient of Dr. Haslett in March 2016. I came in for an infection and my labs were sent to Labcorp instead of Quest (who is approved for my insurance). Going on 3 years now and I am still receiving an $800 bill from Labcorp because this office refused to rectify THEIR mistake. I called the office multiple times asking for the office manager to call me back and I never received a call. I have zero control over what they do with their lab tests and because the office staff didn't do their job correctly, I now have to pay this excruciating bill that I cannot afford. I could have went to the emergency room for cheaper! After that experience, I never went back and found a doctor that is 10x better with qualified office staff who actually know what they are doing and are very professional. Wait times are not a concern either. Sadly Dr. Haslett and her office have made a name for themselves in the community and not in a good way. When I delivered my baby at Southern Hills Hospital, I informed them that I started with Dr. Haslett but switched to my current doctor during my first trimester. Doctor Haslett is one of the better doctors I've ever seen. She listened to all my needs, and did her best to fulfill them. Professional and attentive at the same time. The office staff is a joke here. Dr. Haslett is an amazing doctor. I should know she delivered my son back in 2015. The office was a lot different back then too. I called they would answer and if they didn't my call would be returned in a timely manner. It's been two years since I have seen a doctor. Now that I have insurance I decided to get a check up here. It took 3 phone calls and 5 weeks just to make an appointment. The first 2 calls I made were during business hours but had to leave a message. Not one person called me back. Finally my third phone call during business hours was answered by a receptionist. I scheduled an appointment first available which was 3 weeks out for 12/19. My phone number on the account was old and needed to be updated which I provided my new number. I missed my appointment because I never got a reminder call. When I realized I missed my appointment I called the office on 12/20 my number was never updated. Frustrated at this point I had asked to speak to a manager. Was told Tina would give me a call. I received a call on 1/3/18 at 3:53pm. I was working till 4pm and the voicemail told me to call her back. I got in my car to go home and called the office to be told she is not in the office. This was all within 15min. The office does not close till 5pm. If I ever talk to Tina I am prolly going to laugh at the way she runs her office. After reading the other reviews on here I am not surprised by the way I was treated. I only wanted to go here because I know the doctor. All my records are here and I hate going to a new doctor and starting over. But now I refuse to go to Dr. Haslett because of her office staff. Hopefully she will read this review and make some changes to her establishment because now former patients are leaving. This doctor is the worse I swear my wife could have died if it wasn't for the staff at spring valley hospital. De. Haslett told the staff to send my wife home even tho she was at a 4 in labor after the dr at spring valley told us to stay. We left and came back with in 2 hours where then later they called Dr Haslett and she told them she was gonna be late and for her to hold the baby in come on r u for real how is she gonna hold a baby who is crowing. I must say this is the only OBGYN i trust. Sabrina at the front desk is amazing. She always does her absolute best to help accommodate me. Shes always so friendly and sweet. They definitely go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and safe. No one likes going to the doctor but they make going that much less scary. I never got in to see her, tried a long time to get in touch with them. Finally got an appointment, 'twas convenient because right across the street from me so I could walk over there, well I got some exercise so that was good, wasted trip however. I already have a Dr but Hadley provides a test in her office that my Dr's office unfortunately don't provide . My appointment was at 11:30am I actually arrived earlier because I was told to come in 1/2 an hour earlier since I was new to fill out paperwork, even though I wasn't going to have her as my Dr. I was annoyed when I got there only to be told she'd cancelled all her appointments that day because she had an Emergency C section, idk what time that was but it would be nice had they notified their patients. It sounded as if it had happened earlier, had my appointment been around 9am which I think is when they open I would have completely understood, also to perform an Emergency C section, I get it,shoes she's a dedicated Dr, however I think I could of been notified since I too cancelled other arrangements because of this appointment. My point is doctors certainly don't like it if you're late even 10 minutes, they'll reschedule you & sometimes they even charge you, why , because it's an inconvenience, really, maybe patients should be allowed to charge them. They have an attitude that their time is more valuable than their patient's, well it's not. This is one patient that is running out of patience with rude physicians . It seems like once Dr. Haslett secured her practitioners license, she's taken the easy street and become rather lazy towards self-improvement both physically and mentally She seems to overbook her clinic, yet despite this, she only works 4 days a week and takes 2 hour lunches everyday. We have often had our appointments cancelled with little or no notice also. We visited Dr. Haslett on a couple of occasions and have questioned her ability and knowledge of the procedures she offers as an OBGYN. After chatting with her, she uses humor as a deflection rather than providing an informative answer to the questions and concerns I pose. I am not filled with confidence in her ability at all. She has ordered incorrect scans for us, not marked urgent matters as stat, provided bad information and become very slow and hard to reach in matters of urgency. She is stagnant and cannot keep up through her lethargic nature. In addition, her website and professional profile picture a very different physical image to how she presents herself today. These images are over 10 years old and it's not a fair representation of the person you are going to engage. Some of her online reviews are not genuine as you can see that as soon as a 1 star review comes in, an immediate contradictory 5 star review appears. This doesn't cast a very genuine and honest reputation of the services offered by Dr. Haslett. Take your care elsewhere. There are plenty of good caring OBGYN's in Las Vegas. I had a follow up appointment for a phone call to discuss results from a procedure. I got a call 4 hours before the appointment asking me if I can take the call now, which I responded yes. The first thing they then proceeded to tell me is there was an outstanding balance that needed to be paid before I could get my results. I told them I had no idea of an outstanding balance and this was the first time hearing about it - all of my co pays and lap work was paid off. They proceeded to be difficult and not compassionate whatsoever for the procedure I had done and the results from the procedure that needed to be shared with me as the patient. I still don't have my results and after all that they said they'll keep the original appointment time (!) so now I was woken up from my sleep and blindsided to pay on something I was unaware of then was blackmailed to pay otherwise I wouldn't get my results. To be honest, I was never actually able to see the doctor because her office staff is incompetent. When I made my appointment, I was given a specific address on O'Bannon and told to be there 20 minutes early because I was a new patient. I read back the address to office staff and was told it was correct. The day of my appointment, I show up at the address (25 minutes prior) and the office building is locked up. Another woman pulled up at the same time trying to deliver a package. She was provided the same address as well. I called and was given the run around but finally received the correct address and was told to get to the office as soon as I could. The new address provided was only about 10 minutes away so I figured I would still be somewhat early. I was only about 3 minutes from the location when the office staff called me and told me I would have to reschedule because the doctor is slammed and cannot accommodate me. I explained the situation and then was put on hold. Tina then got on the phone as I am literally pulling into the office parking lot and told me that if I show up at their office, I would be turned away. There is no way I would reschedule at that point, I really don't want any of my medical information in the hands of such careless people. Added: Please reference the address under the doctor's name. So unprofessional and unorganized. The only reason I came to this OB is because I switched my insurance and they referred me here, just for starters it took over a month to get them to see me, and when I finally got an appointment I was already 14 weeks. When I went to my first appointment they asked if I had got Down syndrome tests yet and I said now and they responded with "well it's too late anyways" . Then I had MANY issues with the front desk girl, it's always the same girl not much older than me probably (I'm 21) leaving my first appointment I explained that for my first pregnancy I was high risk and for this one I am as well, so they said they would fax the paperwork over to the high risk pregnancy center, well that took them FOUR WEEKS they failed to send the information THREE times. Each time I had to call over and over to tell them my high risk doctor still hadn't received anything. They finally sent it the FOURTH try. Also leaving my first appointment I was told my next one I'd get an ultrasound because I had not gotten one at all and me being used to high risk I got them starting at 6 weeks with my first. So when I went back 4 weeks later for a ultrasound I got there and they told me they had no idea why my doctor told me I'd get one because I wasn't scheduled for one and I'd have to pay extra and the ultrasound tech wasn't even there. Lastly, they called me to confirm and appointment about a week ago and I didn't answer because it was early in the morning so I called the girl back and all she said was "I'm calling to confirm your appointment for tomorrow morning" I said ok thank you and she clicked. Next morning I show up which mind you is almost 40 minutes away from my house. Just for this unprofessional unorganized ass female to tell me I owe damn near $1000 when all they've been doing is checking my weight and blood pressure , and when I told her I didn't have the money she came at me with they can't take me in until I pay. I am now 6 months and I'm moving back to my Original OB. They always took care of me so well and we're so organized. This place sucks and the front desk girl is an idiot i DO NOT recommend even today I went to pick up my paperwork so I can switch back to my doctor and she said they didn't have change for a 20. WTF HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHANGE FOR A TWENTY DOLLAR BIL?! So unprofessional and ridiculous I had to even deal with any of it I'm so glad I'm leaving. read more

My third appointment was a sonogram. When i walked into the room, the technician did not introduce herself. She walked in and said "pull your pants down to your waist and lay down." She gave me some tissue mats to tuck in my pants. And put jelly on my belly. No time at all to grab my phone and call my boyfriend so he could share this moment with me. She did her sonogram and said "would you like a picture". I said yes. 5 minutes and a few clicks later we were done. She stated she is unable to give me any information and i have to set an appointment for a week after to go over results with the doctor. On the sonogram, she got my birthday wrong. Had she shown me the screen at all, i would of seen that and got the correction made. The fourth appointment i met with Dr.Haslette. Her bra was showing, she was real jittery and in my case insensitive. I let her know the problem i had and she said she would talk to the office but i didnt feel compassion. She told me if i wasnt happy to leave but she would love having me. Just an overall bad experience. I gave them FMLA paperwork from my job and i was told by the nurse and receptionist that my paperwork isnt needed, only $25. 2 weeks later. The office manager is calling me for my jobs portion. I would give Dr Haslett 5 stars because SHE is awesome, but her office policies deserves 1 star for constantly overbooking her - bringing this review to 3 stars. They don't make any apology for making patients wait 45 minutes to 2 hours for their appointments. This seems to be the standard mode of operation which unfortunately disrespects her patients' time. Why not partner with another doctor or simply take less appointments? Great doctor but very disrespectful wait time. :( read more

i am appalled by how i was treated. i didn't even get to meet Haslett yet because her nurse practitioner Nicole Anderson has been giving me incorrect information left and right. my first prenatal appt i had with nicole she seemed nice but did talk over me alot and tried topping my voice, i couldn't get a sentence out. first red flag. i told her on that same appt how i went to an independet ultrasound place cause i was concerned where the baby was considering i had an ectopic in the past and that my due date should by 9/11/21 and im measuring 2 weeks difference then where i should from my LMP, which ive always been under the impression that this was normal. She seemed to not like that i was telling her this and came off with a "dont tell me how to do my job attitude" second red flag. then before that appointment ended she explained genetic testing to me and told me i would have to be 10 weeks and asked which type of genetic testing i would like to do and i said ultrasound and bloodwork. my 10 week appt came and i made sure my fiance was there for the ultrasound and was told at the front desk while checking in that it was only an office visit. i was very frustrated considering my fiance isn't allowed in office visits due to covid. i explained i was told it would be an ultrasound and blood test. the front desk double checked with nicole and she said no it was not an ultrasound only an office visit. i expressed my frustration and concerns to the staff. while i was getting my vitals taken they had how far along i was completely wrong, i corrected them. turns out nobody updated that information. third red flag. now i was waiting to see nicole anderson and when she first walked in the first thing she said to me was "i know you didn't want to see me" i told her that wasn't the case at all i just wanted the ultrasound done like i was told thats why my fiance made sure to be here as well. she apologized telling me wrong information because she got confused with 10 weeks and 12 weeks, she said. then told me my frustration was just because my hormones are up due to the pregnancy. i felt insulted and was shaking at this point. She continued to talk over me and she did not look happy with me. she then asked what type of genetic testing i wanted and i told her "as i told you when we first met i would like the ultrasound and bloodwork" i repeated EVERYTHING in this appt. she made me feel like i never met her and she wasn't present at our first visit. she then said i could still have the blood work done for the genetic testing and i could get it done that day if i had the time. i then told her "well of course i have the time that is one of the things i thought i was getting done today" and she ran out of the room. got my bloodwork done immediately after. then today i had the 12 week NT ultrasound done, i was asked if the ultrasound was all im doing i said yes, and when i got home i got a call saying i needed to do bloodwork still and had to get it done by 9 am tomorrow! i was livid at this point, i told the front desk i already got that done 2 weeks ago and what did i give blood for? she said the bloodwork needs to be at 11-12 weeks and i tested too early and she was confused why i even did bloodwork then. i explained to her that nicole anderson knew i was 10 weeks at the time and still had me do bloodwork knowing it was a waste. i felt like i was being played with and retaliated against just because i was frustrated from the incorrect information she was giving me. as i was explaining my frustrations about nicole anderson to the front desk even she got loud with me and kept cutting me off and talking over me so ill be quiet. so i had to drive all the way back. then i spoke to a friend of mine who just had her baby delivered by haslett and she told me her experience wasnt great either. so i switched doctors today. i never had an experience like this with a nurse practitioner. i was always able to trust who i was with without attitude. im sad that i couldn't even give Haslett a chance, i was going to meet her at the next appointment, but at this point anderson left a really bad taste in my mouth that i was just too uncomfortable to continue care here. i switched practices entirely. do not go here, they do not have a clue about whats going on. will be going to the nevada state board of nursing to issue a complaint there as well, this is just wrong. read more

I liked her at first but I went in complaining of a pain here and a pain there asking if there was anything she can do to help me through my pregnancy and she proceeded to tell me sounds to her like I need birth control!? I was not expecting a response like that from someone that's suppose to be taking care of me and my baby she could have just said no it really upset me and now I don't want to go back and see her anymore.. read more

The last time I was able to get in for an appointment at this office was February 2017. In October 2017, I ran out of my prescription for birth control pills and needed to come in for an appointment to get another prescription. From September-December (knew ahead of time, tried to get in early) I tried to make appointments not once... twice... but close to SEVEN TIMES! And every single time the day before or day of, I'd get a call saying she needed to reschedule or there's an emergency c-section she had to go to (this was used at least 3 times, I'm not buying it honestly). Finally I damn near threw a fit on the phone cus I had been out of my pills for a few weeks at this point and they offered to send a prescription over for the remaining months until my annual in February (was supposed to be on Monday 2/12). Today (2/9) I receive yet another call that she needs to reschedule. Another one. Holy crap. Mind you, I had to take PTO to get 2/12 off because I didn't want to worry about rescheduling and messing up the possibility for having an actual appointment and getting in to see her! Looks like that was wasted! I have officially given up on this office, the staff, and the actual doctor. You have completely lost my business and it is completely absurd to have gone through what I have the past few months. I will take my butt to planned parenthood because even if I have to pay more, at least they can KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENTS! read more

if you are thinking about choosing this doctor or office. don't. the provider is not very informative when it comes to many illnesses or diseases. never followed up with my mother to assist her with having a hysterectomy, the appointments are rushed, never got the opportunity to speak with a manager even though i asked for one and the office front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional!!! i never write reviews and hate to talk negative about someone or something but i want women to be aware when selecting a women's health provider. it's a very important decision and you deserve the best! read more

Wait is too long! First visit - appointment was scheduled for 11 am and we didn't see the doctor until 2 pm. Second Visit - appointment was scheduled for 10:15. We came in at 10:10 am with no one waiting in the office and at 11 am we were still waiting, so decided to leave, and find another doctor. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt from the first time because she was kinda busy the first time but after experiencing the second visit, we knew this was going to be a recurring matter. Place is just starting off so expect a lot of amateur mistakes and limited amounts of equipment to even be called an OB/GYN. read more

She gets a zero stars poor customer service I had a 11am appointment I arrived 45 min early for paper work only to wait three hours in a small over packed waiting room. Pregnant women sitting on the floor patient standing waiting to be seen. Her office staff never came to apologize for the long wait. I got so fed up with this piss poor office I left with out being seen due to another appointment. I took off work to have a appointment and waisted my time off. He paper has the nerve to charge if your 15min late but she has no problem with you waiting 3 hours for new patient appointment. I wouldn't go back if they paid me and I will call my insurance to ask them to remove her from the list. Office was very unprofessional read more
