I came here beginning February 2026 and chose this place because they were the nicest when I made an appointment on the phone unlike so many other clinics. I still read the reviews on yelp so when I went to my appointment I braced to experience all the bad reviews. But in my complete surprise it absolutely wasn't the case the moment we walked inside. The front girls were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The answered all my questions. The wait was not long at all. Once I was called the girls who helped in the back were just as friendly and helpful. They made me feel absolutely comfortable. Once I saw the doctor he was nice as well. I had to come back a second time in February and the experience was the exact same with different girls. I truly would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of their assistance. Don't listen to the bad reviews and come for yourself. The clinic is very clean, put together, and organized. The girls in both the front and back truly make this place considering you spend such a little time with the doctor. ( though he is also nice) I was very surprised and thankful for my experience. I came with my fiance and son and they had no issue with them going inside with me. He was just as pleased with this place as I was. Negligent & dismissive care, please read before this happens to you!! I went to this clinic in early 2025 to confirm how far along I was. During my first visit, they told me I was about 5 weeks pregnant but that they couldn't find a baby in the gestational sac and asked me to come back in a week. When I returned, I reported that I was spotting and cramping. They told me it could be "implantation" but again said they couldn't see anything and told me to return the following week. By the third visit, my pain and bleeding had worsened. I was scared and emotional, and I expressed my concern to the nurse. She went to speak with the doctor, (I never once saw or spoke to a doctor myself throughout all of my visits!!). After that, she told me the doctor suggested a blood test to check my hormone levels and asked me to come back in two days. When I returned on April 10, 2025, they rushed me to the back and told me I was being referred to UMC for emergency surgery. Once I arrived at the hospital, I found out I was suffering from an ectopic pregnancy that had gone untreated for weeks!!! I lost my pregnancy, one of my fallopian tubes, and was left with thousands of dollars in medical debt, all of which could have been prevented if my concerns had been taken seriously from the beginning. I'm sharing this because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. Please advocate for yourself if something feels wrong, and seek a second opinion immediately. I hope this clinic re-evaluates how they listen to and care for patients, especially in potentially life-threatening situations. read more

This place did take good care of me. Staff was all kind and respectful during the process. They gave me time alone when asked for a second alone to take time to process and collect my thoughts. Only thing, is you aren't allowed to bring someone back with you. Even during the check up part. I do wish you were able to for emotional support, since it's such a high stress situation. After everything was said and done, I did a follow up check up, things were good. But I also did another with my Own OBGYN, for my own health, and check up/blood work. There was some things left behind unfortunately, and i did have to take a second round of Medication. I did the pills. So unfortunately my process was easy but also very difficult. So for any girls out there reading this, always make sure to check with your OBGYN and doctors as well, and put your mental health and physical health first. read more

I never in my life imagined I'd end up somewhere like this but I had the most positive experience I can imagine in the worst situation possible. My doctor made my appointment and provided my records after other options had been exhausted with urgent care, Women's Health, and UMC. Making an appointment definitely helps with wait times. Staff were very compassionate and accommodating. Nurse Christina in particular took her time to answer all of the questions my partner and I had and was equal parts informative and reassuring. Dr. Levy went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable before the procedure, specifically regarding future pregnancies. The surgical room is dimly lit with quiet music to help provide a more comfortable setting. They provide a complimentary next-day checkup call and a follow up visit the next week, to address any complications or lingering concerns. TIPS: There are two clinics in this area, make sure you go through the iron parking gates to access this one. Hopefully picketers are not present when you go, as that made a difficult experience so much harder. Afterwards, you must have a ride pick you up. read more

I want to add to my original review, that the clinic is very respectful of one's privacy. Another patient's Yelp review mentions this as well but she seemed to find fault with it. Additionally, if you don't have health insurance, you can come here and get your exams done and get a prescription of birth control. Dr. Issacson treated me and I highly recommend him. He was informative without being condescending. He addressed all my concerns so I could make an informed decision on a surgical procedure. After the abortion, I returned to the clinic to get back on the Pill. I had been off of it for a few years when I became pregnant. Some may find it strange why I would have a child and then an abortion a few years later. Suffice it to say that relationships change and life's path is not a straight line. It was not bitter in regards to the friendliness of the staff but rather how close-minded the fellow patients were, I could not make friends there & I was shocked by the number of abortions being produced daily (there should be a limit on the # of abortions delivered daily in my opinion but who am I to judge). I understand everyone is going through a tough time but we are all in this together & if your confident in your decision then I'm not sure why they want to hide it or not make a friend in a similar circumstance. The sweet part was how the staff was really friendly and took careful consideration of how I needed to take my time making this decision despite my 7 visits. The male abortion doctor Dr. Levy was the best and if he is reading this (i sure hope he is) understand you were my favorite and you helped me resolve this crisis I was feeling. After 7 visits and making the most painful and hardest decision of my life since I was in no position to become a mother despite having a loyal partner and loving parents (everyone around me asked me to get an abortion), I figured ending a life before it begins was what I had to do and it still affects me 9 months later since I would have a 2 or 3 month old at this time. And it makes me wonder if the other women in that room that day regrets their decision the same way I sometimes regret it. To end a life before it begins is something taken seriously and should be done after careful consideration of weighing all options the same way I did it. I cannot express how grateful I am with this place. I am from where abortion procedure is banned after 15 weeks - and I found out about my pregnancy AFTER 20 WEEKS. Because I had been taking birth control without placebo pills, I did not expect that I might even be pregnant by the slightest chance. I was so hopeless and stressed. I wasn't physically, financially, and mentally ready to have a baby. My husband also supported my decision as he was worried about my health and the baby's condition. I did not want my baby to live in this situation and I have no regrets about my choice. You might see some protestants outside the clinic who are opposing abortion - those pro-life protestants really don't care about the life of women who have serious health and financial issues, and they don't even provide support for those in need. Appointment time:10am Overall time of visit: Over 2 hours I chose surgical, so those who do make sure to mention the coupon to save $20 on total spent. Cleanliness: Sanitary, organized, but the lobby restroom and sanitizers need to be refilled. Filling out paperwork wasn't much, very detailed and all staff answered questions I had and covered most, if not everything read. There is a general waiting room, and a separate room labeled, "Atrium" both with tvs. Staff: All staff were very friendly, smiled, and were very helpful in making a great first impression as well as my treatment during my visit at this clinic. The doctor had walked me through my procedure, relaxing music played in the room. Again, all staff were compassionate. I chose local anesthesia and oral sedative. The anesthesia hurt, my pain tolerance is decent but these needles were hard to handle. They do blood work for testing positive/negative Rh, as well as an ultrasound ONLY to find out how far you are in your pregnancy. Their website provides helpful information, as well as an FAQ. Do your research, take the time to read recent reviews and their website as well. My overall visit if coming for the same reason (might be different for other services): Arrival, sign-in & paperwork, ultrasound, returned to wait room, payment, blood test & review/consultation/confirming paperwork, took antibiotics, oral sedative, and dissolving pill that got rid of my nausea, get rid of urine in sanitary & clean restroom and saline injection (in case of iv), procedure, wait room (15-20 min), then helped by nurse that held my hand & walked with me to my car. Post-pain: Everyone is different, they do prescribe birth control, heavy pain medication, etc. but the pain feels like cramping and lower back pain that bothered me more than usual. They also have a follow up 2 weeks from appointment, at no charge. Note: I have read previous reviews and have been skeptic or hesitant but they had been considered outdated in my opinion. More recent reviews gave me more reassurance but out of all the clinics, I'm glad I chose this place. BCCC is located in an older building behind Tower of Jewels. It's not fancy, or well decorated inside, but it is well organized, and clean. There were only three other patients there when I came in, which was kind of weird, because similar establishments in town tend to be packed. I filled out some paperwork, and was taken in for my appointment right on time. Due to some complications, my procedure required some extra time, and effort from the medical staff. It also required an ultra sound. I wasn't charged extra for any of it, although it isn't something that's generally needed. I still only paid the flat rate, which was less than half of what a-z, and planned parenthood quoted me. The doctor, and nurse that I had were both great. Very professional, and caring. They were great at making me feel comfortable, and answering questions. I would not hesitate to come back. read more

This is my honest review: On my first visit, I found out that my visit was going to cost $150.00. I'm glad I received my paycheck earlier that day, or I would have been SOL.. The doctor who did my procedure was a gentle as he would be and it went quickly. He asked what my previous birth control prescription was, and although I told him those pills gave me horrible migraines, he still prescribed them to me. Three weeks after my appointment, I've had 6 migraines and it hadn't been a whole month. So I called back and asked if I could have a consultation with my doctor. An appointment was scheduled, and this time I had a different doctor. I told my lady doctor about my migraines and she told me to stop taking my current prescription. Then she asked asked me, "What do you think we should do?" I was appalled! Aren't YOU the doctor?? You should know what to do.. But I kept my cool and we talked about other birth control methods. We came to a agreement on another pill prescription, which I am currently taking, but these pills are "active" pills. The whole reason I came to this facility, was to have something that could keep me regular.. I am very disappointed and I have scheduled another appointment for a day this week. First off, beautiful and clean office. Second of all, WONDERFUL staff. From the lady on the phone with the sweet voice who schedules your appointments, to the wonderful kind nurses who help you through every step and explain the procedure. Dr. Isaacson is great and has a really relaxing voice that really helps you feel at ease throughout the procedure. They definitely make you feel important and not ashamed. The nurse provided me with 4 free samples of Nuvaring (which is easily worth 400 dollars without insurance). Be careful though: DON'T go to the clinic across the street called First Choice. They are an anti-abortion clinic who bully women and essentially kidnap them to make them watch anti-abortion Christian videos for hours. Yikes. read more

Mostly everyone in this building is so warm and friendly and my nurse made feel comfortable and made sure I understood procedures and felt ok with any decision I wanted to make. I called first thing in the morning and explained that my husband was just going to arrive maybe 15 minutes after me because he had to drop our son off at a daycare. The woman on the phone informed me that someone needed to be with me at all times, but we could get the paperwork, ultrasound out of the way first and as long as he arrived before 10:30 a.m., it would be completely fine. Upon arrival, around 9:30 a.m., the woman that I checked in with told me that, "if you're ready to go and he's not here, you're not allowed any medication." I told her that I completely understand and that he would be here, then I asked if I could just wait for him to arrive because I didn't want that to happen and she said no. Why would I not be allowed to just sit in the office and wait for him?? (I didn't ask that, I was thinking that) Sadly, the woman that I checked in with was the woman who was doing the ultrasound. She was so cold and robotic. When I would ask a question, she would follow with "like I said .... " as if she was having to repeat herself. There was a possibility that I was having an ectopic pregnancy so I was freaking out a little, she had zero compassion. She really didn't try to put my mind at ease and that really bothered me. Then she said "we have a kids area you know, most of our patients have children." I had no idea, the website says no children allowed. I think she needs better bedside manner and because I felt sooo uncomfortable with her, I will not be returning. And to my surprise she gave me the exact same horrid tone and said "we only do walk-in's Tuesday-Thursday 8-10" as if she's some kind of condescending answering machine. Here is my experience, I came in today ,Super nice staff , wait was long, but they were busy so I understood , I checked in waited , a super nice nurse called me to check my vitals and I was brought in a room to do my ultrasound, shortly after I waited again to be called to pay , sat back down,40 mins the nurse called me to the back she gave me a pill started with a M I had to wait ,an hour later I was called again I filled out more paperwork they escorted me to a room where the procedure was going to be performed by DR Levy, they played nice relaxing music , a nice little painting above you so it helps, I was then sedated next thing I was loopy dr was done in 10 minutes I don't remember but it wasn't long , I waited in a recovery room , my mouth was extremely dry , they won't allow you to drink water, well that's what the nurse told me , after waiting 15-20 minutes they paged my husband he picked me up I was a little loopy for a hour but still aware, my over all experience here was great and I would recommend it . I came here 07/15. I made an appointment at 930am. When I walked in the waiting was very full. I waited about 15-30min to get weighed and to check my blood pressure. I was then lead to a ultra sound room. The lady who did my ultra sound was super friendly and nice (I forgot to get her name.) she made me feel calm and talked to me throughout my ultra sound. She was very considerate and hid my ultrasound pictures from me, but I requested that I see them. After my ultrasound I had to wait outside in the waiting room again. I waited about 30min-1hr to get my surgery done. They bring you to another room where you sign more consent papers & get you ready for surgery. I waited another 30min in the room to get my surgery. Once in the operation room, the doctor went over the procedure and reassured me that everything was going to be simple & fast. He hooked my IV up and next thing you know I woke up & everything was done! I still felt a bit nauseous because of the anesthesia. But everyone at the BCCC was very friendly & nice. The only downfall was the wait... I was out at 130-2pm. But it was understandable because they're was a lot of people ahead of us. I recommend BCCC just make sure you call ahead of time for an appointment and to come early :) read more
