When we called, Rich answered the phone right away and was incredibly helpful. He quickly scheduled an appointment for us, and a plumber arrived at 8:30 the next morning to replace the damaged water softener. The plumber was patient and took the time to explain why the pipe had burst and gave us very helpful recommendations to prevent similar problems in the future. Their follow-up service was also outstanding. A few days later, Sunday night, we were surprised to discover that we had no hot water. He explained that when the water softener pipe burst, the large amount of water spraying out may have extinguished the pilot light on the nearby water heater. Mark their plumber came to my home to address a shower leak. He stated the cartridge was bad, he…read moretook a video of him swapping the cartridge out. 3 days later the leak returned. I called Mark he states it must be a bad valve. I paid 375 for the cartridge and now he says the valve is a 1700 dollar job. I let home know that if the valve was bad he should've seen that earlier when he swapped the cartridge out. I let him know I didn't have confidence in them to properly fix the leak. I called a new plumber out. Mark installed the cartridge wrong, he damaged the seal when he put the new cartridge in. I called the company and they still have not returned my call. I feel robbed now. I paid 375 for their guy to damage the cartridge while he's installing it. Maybe they did that on purpose. They knew I would call them with the leak again. Then to hit me with 1700 to change valve out that takes 10 mins to do is crazy! New cartridge correctly installed was 200 bucks from the guy who fixed Master rooters work.
