They claimed that they augered it multiple times with no success and their recommendation was a new toilet based upon age and condition. It is less than 10 years old and not even a ring in the toilet, almost perfect condition. $150 later. I called my regular plumber and within 5 minutes he augered and pulled scissors and paper towels out. He replaced the toilet filler and on his way. When I called to let them know I felt their technician was dishonest, Froggy Fix said thanks for letting them know. Don't call this company. They will just want to replace your item for 10 times more instead of take care of the problem. I gave them 2 opportunities to take responsibility. They couldn't be bothered.

I called Mark he states it must be a bad valve. I paid 375 for the cartridge and now he says the valve is a 1700 dollar job. I let home know that if the valve was bad he should've seen that earlier when he swapped the cartridge out. I let him know I didn't have confidence in them to properly fix the leak. I called a new plumber out. Mark installed the cartridge wrong, he damaged the seal when he put the new cartridge in. I called the company and they still have not returned my call. I feel robbed now. I paid 375 for their guy to damage the cartridge while he's installing it. Maybe they did that on purpose. They knew I would call them with the leak again. The problem is the unjustifiably high labor rates and the service contracts pushing like some sleazy used car dealership that is definitely a push down from a greedy and moronic management. This company seems to be another one in the HVAC industry that takes advantage of customers by overcharging labor rates and pushing services that are unnecessary to pad their bottom line. My recommendation would be to avoid or at the very least get a few other quotes so you can have a good laugh at how inflated Western States labor rates are.
