We had the pleasure to work with Gail when we bought a home in a new part of the state. She made the chore of finding the right home fun! In addition to showing us homes around my work schedule she helped us do our homework to prequalify as soon as we got started, helped us find a competitive mortgage rate, and helped us close just weeks after we found the right home for us. Her expertise and professionalism were useful in securing quick acceptance of our contract and at helping to provide any necessary materials at closing for peace of mind. We highly recommend Gail.

We connected with Sarah over a year before we were ready to buy. She was so patient and informative all along the way. Surprisingly, the moment we said we were ready, the house of our dreams was listed. Within a couple of days, we had been pre-approved by her excellent lender, seen the house in person, made an offer, and had our offer accepted. Now, I know this is not always the typical scenario, but it worked out amazingly for us. Having Sarah to guide us through the process was priceless. We HIGHLY recommend her to guide you in your home buying or selling process. Also - 3 months later she is still quick to help with any questions we have. You just can't beat the service!

From start to finish, she did a fantastic job communicating every step of the process. I wanted all of the details and she was more than happy to answer every question that I had and more! She smoothly negotiated with multiple buyers and helped us through several hiccups with the selling process of our home (issues with buyers/ financing). In the end, we sold for OVER our asking price and for more than we'd initially thought possible. She made helpful suggestions and was incredibly helpful throughout. Sarah will always be our go-to realtor and we refer her to any friends and family in the area who are in the market. Reach out to her!

She answered all of my questions, and if she didn't know you best believe she would find out for you quick, fast and in a hurry. I have never met a realtor like her and she is my realtor for life. Here's my story: Me and my daughter were looking for rentals and believe me she showed us a lot and we are very picky. She was always so patient with us and it was genuine and you could feel it! Well, she took us to see a rental And we liked the house but not the backyard. We so happened to look down the street and saw a home that was listed by another real estate company that did not pay the realtor for renting the home. Constance took the time to get us registered to view that home and we are living in that home today. Constance gave us a realtor and client experience we will never forget. Thanks Constance for being our blessing!!!
