He goes to bat for you every step of the way to get you the price you deserve. We were always treated like VIPs. You will never feel like you're "just a number" to him, which is how we felt with other realtors we met with prior to meeting Hank. Hank is the type of person who sends a hand-written thank you note and will pick up the phone even when he's busy just to tell you that he will call you back as soon as possible instead of just letting it go to voicemail. Few people know how to do business like Hank anymore and we could not recommend him highly enough. We definitely look forward to working with him again in the future. -Andre and Janice

There was not one step of this process that Bret wasn't involved with or walked me through, even being all the way in California through most of it. Bret is the man that says he is going to do something and follow through, calls when he says he will call, sends that email, gets the answer to that question....always, every single time. He is trustworthy and reliable, he was knowledgeable and if he didn't know something he wasted no time in searching for the answer. You will not find anyone who will work harder than Bret and I appreciate his work ethic and character more than I could ever convey.
