I really liked the dish I got here, and every time I've been here it's quiet with nice staff

Wow, if I could give 4 1/2 stars, I would! I've been to this restaurant before when it was under a different name, "Thai for you" to which now it's called Kati Thai Kitchen... I had a look at the menu prior to going in and I was dead set on the drunken noodles, the server at the front warned me that this was a very spicy dish and they can tone it back for me and she was certainly right to do so but I wanted the full shot... These were some of the best noodles I think I've ever had and they lit me up pretty good but were so addictive I couldn't stop... the service was excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful as it always has been... If you're looking for great Thai food, this one is a must!...But be warned, the drunken noodles are very spicy! Thanks again!! Zeke read more

This is my second time visiting this month. Both times I ordered the exact same meal (I genuinely enjoyed it last time so I figured why not). If I was to rate my experience on my last visit it would have been 5 stars. Today, I would have given it 3 stars. Both times I got Mixed Vegetables with noodles on the side. The first time around it was amazing, just enough sauce and a great portion size. This time around however the vegetables were undercooked and I got significantly less. I'd give this 3.5 stars really. Great Thai food, the coconut milk soup is probably one of the best I've had, the pineapple curry chicken is on point, friendly service and fresh food. They have a tendency to be randomly closed so I'd call if you are traveling to eat here. A little on the pricey side for a few menu items. Overall pretty good. read more

If you are vegan -do not visit this restaurant. They are ignorant as to what vegan means, and you will end up eating animal foods. They are also extremely disrespectful and rude. And their food is very expensive as well. And they will also clean the bathrooms while you are eating, so your food ends up tasting like chemicals. Worst experience ever!! I definitely do NOT advise anyone with serious allergies to eat here, unless you want to be poisoned. read more

Love their food but I am so irritated that they've added a mandatory 10% tip when ordering online. And worst of all, that 10% is calculated on top of the total plus tax. Their cashier is super sweet but I'm not tipping for someone to move the food 5 feet from the table beside the kitchen door to the counter so i can grab it. read more

Had an unpleasant time here. Extremely rude staff. I've had better times ordering here but they are clearly distressed and yelled at me. They were claiming I was wasting their time as they were talking over me when I questioned why they told me my order could not be cancelled even though it was not complete (I called the second my boyfriend finished ordering because I realized it was wrong). They lied and told me it was in fact complete so I drove back to the restaurant only to have them yell at me more and loudly tell me the food was ready three times all while there was no food in front of me to pick up. read more

Finally found a Thai restaurant in Orangeville I can recommend. It's in a small strip mall on the west side of town. Very nice atmosphere and decor. Really friendly server with fast service . Best Pad Thai I've ever had. I'll be back with my family. read more

Tried this place years ago and was extremely underwhelmed. Decided to give it a shot tonight for takeaway and had a wonderful experience. Pad Thai is very good (comparable to spots in Toronto) spicy beef, red curry, green curry, glass noodle, and Thai veg are all really good. Mango chicken and fresh spring rolls are just ok. Will order from here again. Happy to find a decent Thai spot in Orangeville. read more

Had a horrible experience with the chef, did not want to provide a refund even though I placed the wrong order and let them know within 2 minutes. Continued to yell at me on the phone and told me the food was ready so he couldn't give me a refund. I headed back to the restaurant only to find that it wasn't ready and waited another 10 minutes. He told me I had no idea what I was talking about when I asked what the transaction limit on the card machine was. All I did was ask a question because I was confused at what he told me. He then told me I have no education and I know nothing when I've worked at 3 restaurants before this. He tried to guilt trip me by telling me he was the only chef working and that no one was there, only for me to see that he was shouting into the kitchen at the other workers. The whole situation was avoidable, and unnecessary. There was no reason for it to get out of hand. The lady at the front was handling the situation well but the male chef came onto the phone and yelled at me, didn't let me explain myself and told me to go back to the restaurant then hung up on me. He even mocked me after he asked if I was going into university and I said yes. He told me getting accepted means nothing. He then further mentioned how I need to gain more knowledge before trying to speak to him like that to which I responded by saying the point of life was to learn and thats what I was going to do. Overall terrible experience, I apologized myself to a customer coming into the store because I was so shocked by how the customer service was. It's a shame. read more

Second time in a year that I've had Pad Thai from here, first time shrimp, second time vegetarian. Both times it was dry, tasteless and it looked like it had been made three days earlier. Very disappointing. Won't be back. read more

We were in town for a hockey tournament and stopped by. Excellent experience! The food was great, the service - the same. There was one lady waiting tables, answering the phone, looking after take-out orders and whatever else came up. She was definitely overworked but did a fantastic job. Coming from a small town, I must say how happy I am about the more then enough small, independent restaurants. Thai for you is fairly priced, about $15-$25 per person, depending on alcohol and appetizer consumption. The food is spectacular. Fresh vegetables, authentic dishes, and an enormous menu, (however the menu tends to follow a base pattern with a few changes to each dish). What was disappointing was the ability to up the ante in the spice category. I'm sure you could ask to make a dish spicy, but for Thai, it's rather mild. My favourite place to eat service is very fast and food is always great! I haven't tried anything I don't like. Pad Thai is my favourite but I also love the Pad se ew, basil Rice, mango salad and soft Thai spring rolls. read more

The food was okay, but I just want to issue a warning for all vegetarians/people with allergies to meat or gluten: my friend asked for the veggie pad Thai with extra tofu and a substitute for the fish sauce, as she is allergic to both meat and the fish sauce. She made it very clear that she could not eat meat as well. When she got her food, there was no extra tofu, pieces of chicken in the food and she said it tasted like it was cooked in a dish that had had meat in it. Just a head's up for anyone who fits the same criteria. Not super impressed with their attention to detail, especially since the restaurant was dead at the time. read more

The food here is very good but pricey. The owner seems to like to take a lot of time off and closes the store when people want to come in to eat. Not a recipe for good business imo. Twice I've seen him lock the door at closing time leaving people on the sidewalk. Then they go on holiday for a month and shut the place down. We have found another restaurant that cares about it's business. read more

Truly amazing peanut curry vegetables and ginger tofu with cashews. Vegan delight. Wanted to drink the peanut curry sauce, it was that good

I have eaten here a couple of times when they first opened but not recently. The food is good, service fine. Definitely worth a try for Thai food. read more
