Kelly Griffin is AMAZING, I cannot recommend her enough. As a first time homebuyer the process was…read morescary and nerve racking but she was by my side the entire time and even put me in touch with the best lender. My family searched for a home for nearly four years and never found what we were looking for even working with another realtor. We found a couple homes that were ok but never really what we were looking for. By the good grace of God I found a house on Zillow and Kelly showed it. It was fate. That house wasnt what we wanted but Kelly made sure to talk to me and learn what was important so she could help with the search. In less than a week she found our new home. Yes folks what we and others failed to do in FOUR YEARS she accomplished in less than a week. She also follows up with both parties and stops by the home frequently to be sure everything is on track. She sent us pictures of progress (new home build) and was our voice if something needed to be addressed or even with our loan. Her bubbly yet professional character really helped make this process easier. Please do yourself a favor if you are in the market and hire her. She works magic.

My husband and I had a fabulous experience working with Brenda Franklin. I can't be any more…read moreenthusiastic in recommending her. She helped us purchase our dream house - west-facing, high bluff waterfront house on Whidbey Island and I couldn't be happier here. Brenda took the time to understand what we were looking for and understood the differences between our "must haves" and the "like to haves". We had a fairly good idea of what we were looking for. While other realtors had tried to convince us that we had unreasonable expectations, Brenda accepted the challenge. It took about nine months, but she stuck with us. I never felt pressured to give up and settle for less than what I wanted at any time in the process. Once we found the house we wanted to purchase, Brenda did a stellar job with that, as well. She did a great job of communicating with us, of course, but also with the sellers' agent. This helped us to craft an offer that didn't just rely on throwing large amounts of cash at the seller. After the sale, I was able to meet with the seller. I was told that some of the aspects of our offer that Brenda had coached us to include were the things that made our offer stand out and were the reason that they chose to accept our offer instead of others. What more can you ask for in a real estate broker? Yes, if you are looking to buy or sell a house, I'd recommend you work with Brenda.

Diane was very knowledgeable about making a good offer, what to expect during closing, and had great advice all around. Shortly after my wife and I started the process of searching for a place, we realized that we were in over our heads and going at it alone was not the smartest way to handle buying a house. We are relatively new to Atlanta, so we didn't have any friends or family in the area to recommend a good agent, so I resorted to looking through Zillow reviews and Martin Archacki was on top of the list (he manages that office). The agent I ended up working with was Joel Doyle and I could not be more satisfied with the experience I had. My Wife and I were on a tight schedule and needed to close on a house within about 45 days after we commenced our search. The company has a great online system that allows you to search for existing listings and view detailed information about the property. If we liked a property we would just add it to our list and Joel would get a notification telling him to schedule a showing. He cleared his entire Saturday and part of his Sunday just so we could fit as many showings as possible into our first weekend because of our time situation. Long story short: he ended up showing us a perfect property in a phenomenal location and got us a great price He even set me up with a good loan originator (I even shopped around) and I got a great rate, so I am very satisfied. He also seems to be friends with all of the good contractors in the area and I'm using one of them to help with some minor renovations prior to moving in (friends and family discount). I bought a great place and made a friend in the process. I'll definitely be using Joel when I decide to sell, or recommending him if I run across anyone in the market to buy/sell.

In…read morethe 10 years that I've owned my condo, I've attempted to work with various agents to sell and rent my home, but none have provided the level of attention, support, and thoroughness I experience working with Victoria and team. After our initial meeting to discuss my needs/goals, Victoria came up with a plan of how we would approach getting my condo sold in the quickest amount of time while dealing with a problem tenant. Victoria's team was always proactive and a few steps ahead of me at each turn. I also appreciate her flexibility accommodating my volatile schedule and that I was not bombarded with tons of paper/forms as all business was done completely online. Unfortunately, due to a slow moving eviction process, I've had to put my home selling plans on a bit of a hold. I look forward to reaching back out to Victoria and the Atlanta Homes Team for my real estate needs in the future and highly recommend them for anyone in the market to buy or sell in the Atlanta metro area.
