This company has completely destroyed our home. In THREE years, we have had no less than FOUR evictions. After reading through the reviews, I see that they require a portal to pay rent, and that portal rarely functions...hence the constant evictions. This house is in a nice neighborhood, and every single time they have evicted a tenant, we have had "squatters" more or less move in and destroy this house. We are then billed for THOUSANDS of dollars to repair walls, fix/clean/replace carpets, etc. THIS MANAGEMENT AGENCY WILL NOT VALUE OR CARE FOR YOUR PROPERTY. They literally do not care about the owners of their home nor apparently their tenants. I read one review below where the young lady mentioned the home owners coming by to look. I 100% understand WHY, and can and will tell you!!! Because the owners of the houses are also getting scammed!!! We are being fined by the HOA constantly because this management company is not maintaining the properties! We have also gone by our property to see WTF is going on. When you rent out your investment property, you understand that you are going to get an occasional eviction, but this many evictions in such a short amount of time is complete and total NONSENSE! We were notified in late February that they had approved and moved in new tenants. TODAY, April 12th, we just received notification that they are starting ANOTHER eviction process.
