I get called back sit in chair and hygenist said what I'm there for-deep clean and fillings?! Wait, no, NOT fillings just a deep clean. Then she proceeded to say ok no problem and gave me the form to sign for my deep clean. 15 minutes later hygienist comes back in to tell me my insurance only covers every 3 years on a deep clean. which is not true and I knew that! Had this insurance for 30 years and it's always been 2 years. Husband went to bat for me and called insurance to confirm it is in fact every 2 years. Then Called the dentist back to tell her how unprofessional she was and the entire situation could've been avoided! I was part of some pilot program shortly before I left where they started doing dental implants in house. The implant has been in my mouth 3 years and is falling out. The dentist who performed the procedure is also no longer with them (surprise) and they no longer do implants after he left (surprise). So now I'm just out approximately $8k and their stance is "unfortunately this stuff happens sometimes". I have two other implants done over ten years ago, while I was at their practice, but from a referral from them to an outside oral surgeon before they attempted to become Acme Implant, inc...that are perfectly fine. Steve was a friend of mine in college who I had not seen in 14 years. However, when he heard I needed help, he told me to head over to Westmont. He assured me that he does emergency appointments all the time-- and it was clear he was telling the truth when I arrived. He quickly did xrays and an exam and gave me my options and a prognosis. It was a HUGE, HUGE relief. He also showed me the clinic and all the impressive machines on site. He also made me feel less embarrassed about not having gone to a dentist in so long, reassuring and not judging. I would 100% recommend that people see Dr. Esposito for their dental needs!

Poor taste in customer service for their patients when I asked if she could recommend anyone that would take me after having cancer and she told me they don't do that.
