TL;DR : Everyone here is amazing. I've never felt more heard and comfortable at a dentist's office…read morein my life. BOOK WITH THEM! I am terrified of the dentist. This isn't mild anxiety, but a stomach in knots, hands shaking, can't you just knock me out for this kind of terrified. I can't remember the last time I willingly went into a dentist just for maintenance and normal cleaning. I would only go if I had a very angry tooth that ibuprofen no longer helped. Admittedly, I should have gotten past this fear years ago, but the traumas of Gen X kids can run deep. This time was no different. The tooth that chipped 7 years ago (you read that correctly) finally gave me issues at the MOST inopportune time. I had moved away from where I had lived for the past 15 years, so I had to find a new dentist. Trust me when I tell you I didn't have an "old" dentist either. (See paragraph 1 if you missed why.) I was lying awake the night before leaving for two days out of town when I was letting Google reviews steer my fate. I saw the reviews and I think I half-filled out a contact me form and then I chickened out. Thankfully, I must have transmitted enough info and they called me the next morning. Set me up for the appointment that would change my health for the better. I went in and was greeted so warmly that I felt as comfortable as one could in my situation. I never felt judged even though we all knew we were looking at scans with 30 years of neglect. No cleanings, no visits- nothing. Hell, I was scared to even floss my teeth figuring they were going to come out in pieces if I tried. I went though the first root canal and it was the literal first time that any dentist had gotten me numb enough and believed me when I said it's not pressure I'm feeling but pain. Guys, this is huge. From there, I went in for a cleaning and a plan of attack to fix the rest. Once again, no shame- no judgement, just a new group of friends supporting me on my journey to finally get my dental health right. I write this review knowing that I've probably lost most of you in its length (hence TL;DR). If you are still here, I'm almost to the end of the game plan to get my mouth healthy and I could not be happier that I chose this office. Dr. A and Dr. M are so great at making a patient feel comfortable and feel like they are actually listening. Their supporting cast (too many to name) are all amazing and check on you often to make sure you are okay. I cannot say enough about this office exceeded any expectation I would have had. If you're scared like me, this is the office for you. If you just need a new dentist, this is the office for you. Give them a chance. Just like me, you'll never regret it.

At my first visit, I had a dental cleaning and Dr. Jaspreet does her assessment of your teeth and makes a plan for you. Based on my assessment, she found that I had 3 wisdom teeth (on the x-rays performed that same day) and a tiny cavity that she was able to fill on a separate visit. My previous dentist never took x-rays of my teeth when I complained about a toothache and said I didn't have any wisdom teeth. I loved that Dr. Jaspreet was honest and provided her recommendations. Her staff also have great bedside manners. I was concerned about my tooth gap that was made by my orthodontist so I could get a tooth implant where my missing tooth was supposed to be. My previous dentist suggested that I get a tooth implant or a Maryland bridge. I went to two endodontists who said that they were unable to do a tooth implant or bridge due the size being too small for an implant. Her dental hygienist suggested Invisalign to close the tooth gap, instead of an implant (too expensive) and a Maryland bridge, which destroys your natural teeth and brought it up to Dr. Jaspreet. I really appreciate that they listen to their patients and consider their preferences versus other dentists who are greedy and don't take patients' considerations/preferences when performing treatments. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of Dr. Jaspreet and her friendly staff. I needed dental work and, as required, they had to get preauthorization from my health care provider. Unfortunately, the process was a nightmare. The dental office kept submitting requests, but apparently they weren't providing all the information my insurance needed. My health provider kept asking for more details, and Bright Dental Smiles just didn't seem able to get it right. This back-and-forth went on for over two months! Every time I called, I got vague answers and no real progress. Eventually, I just gave up out of frustration. If you're looking for an office that can efficiently handle insurance and preauthorization, I'd recommend going elsewhere. I wasted a lot of time and still didn't get the care I needed.

Doctor put on two beautiful crowns! Also, the office is extremely clean and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately now, hygienists there are not even skillful enough to perform regular cleaning. They clean your teeth with a paste then send a claim to the insurance asking to be paid for periodontal deep cleaning. My experience with Dr Esposito was amazing!! In just under 3.5 hours I had a complete crown from start to finish. During our downtime while the printer was printing my new crown, he took the time to fix a front tooth that was discolored and had a weird filling that I thought was unfixable, short of covering it with a veneer or even pulling and replacing it! It now looks exactly like my other front tooth. I will never again be self conscious to smile a huge smile!
