Second, the root canal done on my wife ended up infected because it was not done properly at the place this location recommended. When my wife told them she was still experiencing pain, the dentist dismissed it, did not do a follow up X-Ray, and told her "the nerve is gone there so you shouldn't have pain". When an X-Ray was done at the new dental office we go to, it turns out not all of the root was removed which explains the infection. We switched to a new dental location, and I suggest everyone avoid this place.

The dental assistants were very personable and sweet, which I liked because I hate going to the dentist's/doctor's office... or really any place where they might give you a shot. The doctor (dentist? I don't know the terms...) was VERY helpful and very gentle. I cannot stress that enough. I once went to this dentist where she was practically shoving her hand in my mouth with wreckless abandon. I called a multitude of dentists for an emergency appointment. They either had no availability until weeks later, were out of network, did not take any insurance, or were in vacation. Even my former dentist of 20 years, Darien Dental, did not even give me a call back! The only dentist who was on vacation, but had an extremely helpful receptionist was Dr. Ryan. This lady recommended that I try Grove Dental. I did call Grove, got an immediate appointment and am scheduled for an extraction. I am so far, very happy with Grove, however, should that feeling change, I know that I will be seeing Dr. Ryan. If he is as good as his receptionist (gosh, I wish I had gotten her name), I will be in great hands!
