I figured talking to someone couldn't hurt, and I wasn't forced to go back if I didn't like it. I saw Kristin for the first time about two years ago, and I really appreciate her non-judgmental, careful way of getting you to open up. I'm not someone who talks about much, really, but this turned out to be the best investment I've made in myself. While it's expensive, it's worth it. Even just going for "maintenance" sessions is helpful. I started off every other week, but that wasn't enough, so I went once, sometimes twice a week for a couple of months. After that, I was able to use the tools she gave me in the real world, and the benefits really stick. You matter to people in this world, so you have to matter to yourself too.

In the moments when I felt completely lost, Kristin offered not just guidance, but genuine care and understanding that provided me with the strength to continue moving forward. Kristin didn't just help me survive those hardships, she helped me grow. Her compassion, wisdom, and ability to create a safe space allowed me to rediscover myself and build a life on healing and well-being. I am forever grateful for Kristin's unwavering support and the profound impact she has had on my life. If you are considering therapy, I would highly recommend S.A.G.E. Therapy Center. Having the right therapist at your side makes all the difference and Kristin is truly exceptional.

One of Jeanette's greatest strengths is her ability to create a safe, supportive space, especially for kids around our son's age. She quickly earned his trust, which is no small feat, and he feels comfortable opening up to her in a way that has truly helped his growth. In addition to her work with our son, Jeanette's parent coaching has been invaluable. She has helped us better understand our child and given us thoughtful, practical guidance on how to approach specific situations. She combines open, insightful discussions with meaningful education, equipping us with tools and perspectives that we continue to use every day. We're very grateful for Jeanette's care, professionalism, and dedication, and would highly recommend her to other families.

I am going through a contentious divorce and initially saw her with my husband twice. But he didn't want to go anymore and I was seeing my own therapist through my insurance. That therapist behaved unethically at times and I just felt uneasy with her. In fact the three therapists I tried through my insurance were all subpar. Willing and able to pay cash for a good therapist, I asked Angie if I could see her individually and I am SO happy she said yes. She is so gifted. She is enthusiastic, compassionate, an astute listener, very present, and lets me guide the sessions but also asks timely questions and makes insightful observations. She really seems to get me, is so supportive, and I feel like I'm making really good progress with her help. I'm also grateful that she does EMDR. The last session was powerful in helping me let go of a lot of anger and anxiety and have more neutrality about the abuse I experienced from my husband. She has a knack for knowing when it's the right time for EMDR and when I need time to process more immediate concerns. GTSD also provides very good customer service and I couldn't be happier with my experience there.

Anne was very quick to pinpoint our issues through her very intuitive observations. She is a superb listener and was always very careful to check in with us to be sure she was correctly understanding what we were revealing during our sessions. Once she knew she had it "right", she offered suggestions and tools that greatly improved our damaged relationship very quickly. It was essential to me that I had a "safe " place to verbalize what was making me so unhappy. Anne is in firm control of her sessions and anything that might impede a client from having the freedom to say what is on their mind. She is truly impartial and without judgement , which allows the client to feel comfortable talking about very uncomfortable things. I highly recommend Anne to anyone in need of a compassionate, no nonsense therapist with a kind, effective approach to emotional healing.

Light's aggressive style was not based on a real understanding of the complexity of the issues, but a reliance on his very limited scope of knowledge and misguided confidence. He did much harm. One thing Jussi Light never fails to do, though, is to mention money in his sessions. I had to repeatedly remind him of the inappropriateness of this kind of conversation in front of a minor. He just couldn't help it. Aggressively incompetent and overconfident - quite a combination.
